CHAPTER 1


Thousands of years ago, the gods created a planet named Kobol. On Kobol, the gods created 12 tribes of humans. Over time the humans became engrossed in commercialism, decadence and technology run amok. They created a robotic race known as "cylons" to ease their daily life, work and routine. These robots were created for and were glorified by the humans. On top of it all, They lost sight of what the gods wanted and thus a were punished with a great catastrophe(some say a flood while others say volcanic eruptions). This catastrophe forced the humans and cylons into space in search of a new home as well as caused the gods to turn their backs on Kobol. After a long journey, each human tribe decided to colonize 12 planets that were in close proximity to one another while the cylons went off on their own. These 12 planets/colonies were named: Aerilon | Aquaria | Canceron | Caprica | Gemenon l Leonis | Libran | Picon | Sagittaron | Scorpia | Tauron | Virgon.

But what happened to the cylons?

After the great Exodus from Kobol, the cylon race found a habitable planet and named it EARTH. While on earth, the cylons seemed to take after the ones who made them(after all, who else can they look up to?). They focused on commercialism, decadence and technology run amok just like the humans did except this time they reached a higher understanding of human/cylon creation. A select few(5) cylons who possessed intelligence that was far superior than that of a regular cylon created a race of cylons that can look/act/feel like humans do. Their creation was so perfect(or rather so flawed) that it cause a cylon vs cylon war and the end result of it was a nuclear holocaust. A nuclear holocaust that wiped out the cylon race and has continued to render Earth uninhabitable for 2000 years......
