That mission where you have to get to the Pillar of Autumn on solo is excruciating.Especially the part after the caves.

Personally, I like swat, just because it takes some of the frustration out of shooting a guy a million times with the DMR and still not killing him. Although it is like call of duty at some points, I think it's fun.

My least favorite is team snipers. I'm not going to go on a rant about it, but I can say with confidence I absolutely hate it.

This guy I relate to the most. I love Swat because it's fast pace and you have to be tactical with each move you do.

I hate team snipers too lmao. I don't like knowing there's another sniper out there hunting me down...

Invasion is pretty fun.

Swat sucks large amounts of phalus.

If I wanted to play *who sees who first wins* I'd play Hide and Go Seek and have a better time. The shields thing helps reward better shooters, imo.

I think you're just butt hurt. It's not about who sees who first. It's about who has better accuracy. Body shots don't count as much in this game to actually kill the other person then it did in Halo 3. And the fact that blasting off shots lowers the accuracy of the gun means a lot.

I wouldn't call it butthurt about me having bad aim so much as being butt hurt about me having good aim, but not being rewarded consistently for it. I bought Halo for Halo, not Call of Duty.

I love the map, Hemorrhage. Brings back memories from playing Halo 1/CE on the PC. It's a blast for CTF.

Not a fan of invasion on that boneyard level cause the elites get spawn killed a lot. I don't know if I'll ever get that "Skunked!" achievement...

Hmm, turns out if you get a lot of kills in rocket firefight and you teammate decides to deliberately jump in front of your rockets you can get banned for playing for 15 minutes.

Fast paced gameplay is what I like, and that's exactly what swat is. And yeah, your movements are going to either make or break you, so you need to think before you move.

Also, I tend to hit most of my shots when I'm not spraying like a mad man with the DMR. Whenever using the DMR, if you wait for the reticle to set back to normal, your shots are going to be much more accurate than if you're just spraying people. Although at times you may have no choice but to spray, headshots are crucial if you want to be consistent, for any gametype really. For myself, that's proven to be the most difficult thing to get used to thus far aside from grenades.

Team snipers is stupid to me because people often just use the pistol/grenades instead of sniping anyways. Also, whenever I body someone, they either run behind cover and come back out to kill me, or I wait for them to come back out and get sniped in the process. Not to mention, my shot is garbage. I can never 1 shot people unless I get lucky or they're standing still.

It's also fun as a spartan to hide right next to the doorways on phase 1 to get easy assassinations

But yea, we should both try and get the skunked achievement.

I would of gotten it last night but they decide to bumrush alpha and get it with 1 second left.

I hate when my entire team ragequits, I'm left in a 1v4 situation in Team Snipers and I lose 40-41 because someone on their team left while in my sights and I could've tied it up. Final score was 26 and 18, Hemmorrhage (sp?) is so spawn campy.

lol this sounds like my jetpack camping game. Basically my friend and I jetpack up on top of our sniper base roof on Asylum and stay there for most of the game.

Both guys on the other team were using invis.

They couldn't get up to us (don't think they knew you can walk up the ramped walls to get on the roof).

One of the worst I played was 4v4 on Asylum. Two guys on the other team jetpacked onto one of the roofs and sniped everyone. If anything jetpacked up they'd get a face full of shotgun.. So annoying.

Team snipers on anything is bad...especially powerhouse. That's possibly the worst map in the world for a game of team snipers for too many reasons that I don't need to explain.

I played it on Spire. The other team just camped in the towers and lifted up on top of the powers. We still won but it was like 10 minutes of doing nothing.

You'd get more action playing a 1v1 in Halo 3 on Sandtrap with shotguns.

Team snipers on Paradise is not paradise at ALL... its HELL.

The map is insanely huge and it has wayyyyy too many angles to get sniped from. There are mountains, bases, and hills everywhere to snipe from its crazy.

Team snipers should stay in TS. I didn't think Bungie could make Team Snipers even worse. I was wrong.

Seriously no joke that game of Snipers on Paradise was one of the worst Halo matches I've ever participated in. The map has so many crazy angles to get sniped from I was afraid to even leave the base where our team spawned at.

To give anyone an idea of what the map is like, it's a huge circular island with various mountains and bases surrounding the outside. The thing that really ruins it is a HUGE mountain right in the center of the map and you can literally climb to the very top of it and have perfect 360 coverage of the whole map. So if you're on the ground you're spending so much time focusing on the top of the huge mountain in the center that you forget there are other players camping behind the smaller mountains that surround the island on the outside. So when you start focusing on the smaller mountains you get sniped by someone camping at the tip of the center one...

Worst map ever.
