Things I've heard on the Internet that I don't understand:

"Flaming effect will make headshots easier/make you more noticeable."

I don't understand this. Do people not know where someones head is unless it's on fire? And make you more noticeable? What because you can't notice someone wearing bright red or blue armour?

I have the katana sword but I don't use it cause I don't wanna be noticed when I'm hiding behind something. Good thing you can't stick or damage it.

I got the Overkill achievement by camping in one of the tower rooms on Snowbound when they didn't remove all the shield doors. I was croaching with a shotgun and got a killtacular from it. Trust me, I was shaking lol.

I agree and disagree. I've noticed no difference while I had a fiery helmet on 7/7/10, nor when I've worn my EVA helmet. It COULD make a difference based on the TV you are using, size and definition taken into consideration.

But at the same time, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.


From what I hear...

The lightning aura head unlockable thing a ma jig apparently envelopes your body... You'll be a GIANT target with that thing.

It took me 2 hours to get that annual achievement where you need to drive on ghosts with 3 other players on XBL. (Last mission where everything is blowing up.)

It took me and my friends like 3 and a half hours because we were screwing around so much. xD

Honestly I think we could have beat it in like an 1 and 30 if we were serious.

I read that only one player on a ghost has to get to the end. But doesn't the game auto warp you if you're far away from everyone?

I haven't even gotten that one where I think you need 50 XP in any playlist. Too lazy and stopped caring about Halo 3 once they introduced XP for each individual playlist.

Isn't that one of the easier ones? It's not like you gotta spend approx 2+ hours straight fighting wave after wave of covenant like the one vidmaster :/

Actually I didn't think most of the vidmasters were that bad, just Vidmaster endure(the firefight one), that was the only absurdly difficult one. Its not bad at first, but when you get to the fourth set, like almost all the skulls are on including mythic, brute chiefs with double health, not fun.

You never mentioned having the different account being offline, if they caught you anyway, they could try and ban your xbox rather than your account, then you wouldn't be able to play no matter what account you used.

I played a lot of the Reach beta when it was available earlier this year. Hated it at first, but after a few plays with my old roommate we really came to love it. It seemed more balanced and less simplistic than Halo 3, and the adjusted game types were fantastic. Juggernaut went from being my least favorite mode to one of the best. Instead of being a victim to 5 other players, you ploy through your opponents like ragdolls. Can't wait to get a chance to try the completed game.
