You don't go down to AN just to play smash, it's usually pretty balls other than friendlies or finals. Otherwise there might be some disappointment lol.

Just look at the times, why does Brawl and Mortal Kombat get such large slots? Because AN is a place for weaboos to have some fun.

yeah i agree, that was annoying at times. at least it didn't run out too fast.

some of the areas were pretty cool though. especially torvus bog.

aww wtf

that is so lame

i already got my ticket for saturday : (
indeed. everything else i'd heard pointed to saturday...

how long are you in toronto for? smash at someone's house was always going to be better than smash at anime north anyway.

(might as well hang out with me/1-3 other people at AN now)

No, I tripped out about zombies and was super paranoid the entire way home. Felt like someone was watching me.

Felt like people were decoys, distractions. I wasn't dreaming though.

Anyone played Braid?

Bought it, Enjoyed it, got frustrated, eventually beat it, Loved it.

was such a fun game and the puzzles were difficult also. Great soundtrack/Great visuals/great overall experience.

Only 10$ on steam...

well, I sent an email to the anime north registration people, and they allowed me to change my registration date from saturday to sunday : D

I didn't do this just for melee though, there's someone going on sunday that I really want to meet as well, so it's win-win.
