I don't know if you guys knew, but Gimpy said on gameFAQs and smashboards that he will be playing Brawl at E for All and be testing ****.

Yeah, Jeff brings up a good point, there are still 4 months to release, there's going to be a lot of tweaking and balancing in this time.
And although I'm saddened by some of this stuff, you have to remember, BRAWL IS A NEW GAME. To an extent, I'm glad they're introducing new stuff, there can be a lot of interesting new tactics with the new dodge mechanic. And character intros are love.

It was with the Classic controller, it may have a different button layout.

Guys melee looked as slow too before when it was commercialed, after we use/find advanced techs its gonna speed up again... And those guys playing probly suck

The game is only as fast as the people playing it.
People who aren't pro + Limited time playing + Unfamiliar control scheme = videos which probably don't do the game justice yet.
