YO WTH, I went from averaging 30 fps - 60 like 4 patches ago if anyone remembers me posting about it. Now after this patch i dropped to like 15-20 fps.....just today, i played fine yesterday! also i dropped as low as 5 fps a second ago! anyone have this happen to them?

There's no such thing as "proof" when it comes to theorycrafting LoL. There's little things like range differences, AP ratios, and sustain that can be compared. But there's no proof without repeatedly playing the Teemo vs. Yorick matchup with many different players in different team comps. However, even though there's no proof, it's easy to point out things that are likely wrong. If I say "Nasus falls off late game", you don't need to look at pro games or statistical analyses or whatever, you just have to say "his ****ing Q jesus wave you're ********".

OK, whatever. I was underleveld but still got first blood.
Then she feeds Xerath and he wards my ENTIRE JUNGLE on red side while I get blue and gank top. He hits 6 and blows me up. right after killing anivia without using anything but q

Welp, nothing I can do about you hating X or Y thing for (what I can tell is) no reason.
However, generalizing is bad and hating on people because of what they like is worse.

There are a lot of things I could point out for this, including confirmation bias and it being your own opinion (which goes back onto the former.)
Self fulfilling prophecy, you think people who like ponies are X so you treat them Y way which causes them to act like/seem like X to you.

Most of the ones I know personally are cool people. Can't say much about the online ones, the ones who self-identify tend to be a bit pushy though.

And then, I felt like that might be alluding to me so I asked.
What's so wrong with that? I'm not trying to start any argument. He could say yes and I would say 'that sucks', but it would be his opinion and there's nothing I can do about that.
Is being active bad? I don't get what I'm doing wrong here.
