feel free lol, i tend to experiment with alternate builds on my smurf

i have a question for phantom and jpak though, before i waste any more of my time on your ignorance.

do you think that bad luck had ANY PART in my ranked results? or do you attribute every loss directly to me?

they are low because we are usually forced to surrender at 20. and how do i get "picked off" if my deaths are lower than kills and assists? and how do i have more assists than kills if i don't show up to skirmishes?

i don't know why i'm posting about this. people like you are completely unable to grasp what it means to have teammates that feed the other team in every other lane, then having to deal with fed opponents in a team fight while at the same time having a team that doesn't know what they're doing at all, and STILL getting a good score.

imagine if a player who was far worse than you criticized you for something they couldn't possibly even comprehend? that's how i feel right now about you and everyone else in this thread. your desperation to provide some sort of explanation about how my losses are MY OWN FAULT is hilarious and sad at the same time. stop posting.
Your sense of entitlement is insane and you post like a little kid who whines that their friend got a bigger piece of cake then they did. Chill the **** out.

I already said that I'm POSITIVE luck has some part to do with it, and that it's unlikely that the losses were predominately your fault (if at all). What I've been trying to get across is that there is CERTAINLY things you are likely to be able to improve on, but if you get hung up on "teammates this, statistically impossible bad luck that" you are not going to notice these and try to fix them.

Do you go in on stupid engagements made by your teammates and end up giving additional kills to the enemy team? Do you get caught at chokepoints when playing as a carry? Do you make optimal use of brush during teamfights to force enemies to have to retarget? Do you build Wriggles on your AD carry when you have a lead in your lane, or not help ward so that you can keep your pressure/lead? If your lane is pushed and the enemy is not pushing back quickly, do you attempt to try pressuring other lanes or the junglers? ETC. I am quite certain that you are not doing everything you possibly could be.

Like a lot of the time at lower levels the biggest issue is just not knowing how to press an advantage.

Also, I don't appreciate the childish attempts at belittlement via your strewed about insults when I am attempting to be helpful. Not very big of you.

i know i sound like that, but i don't really care because i'm positive most other people would say the same things in my situation.

You don't think anyone else here has been in your situation and you are telling others that they are naive?

statistically, no, this should not happen to anybody else in this thread so consistently.

nobody is a perfect player. i never claimed to be close to a perfect player. people take what i say and give their own meanings to it. all i'm saying is that it's pathetic for people who cannot understand what i have to deal with in this game not only fail to show ANY sympathy (you will never see me **** talking people who complain about elo hell, because unlike 99% of the human race, i am not a heartless *******) but desperately try to stuff words into my mouth and provide terrible explanations for things that they can't comprehend. i guess it's human nature to think you know more than you actually do.

i am done posting about this. not sure why i go to humans for help when humans are the reason the world is so ****ed up in the first place.

So you are just looking for someone to hold your hand and tell you it's not your fault?

Jesus dude it's a video game you shouldn't have to go looking for sympathy. You have done nothing but act like a child and play victim, how does this help you in any way? You don't even ask for help you just complain.

looking for sympathy? no.

people have told me for a long time that elo is a good system and that it indicates how good one is as a player. what i'm doing now is disproving them. and they are afraid of being wrong, like all people are.

Welp, since it seems john! cares not for actual critical advice, it's time to make him the second person I've ever put on ignore. I would wish you good luck in your ventures and your life, john! but according to you that will never happen b/c you have none whatsoever.

Ya know, roughly 90% of the people that have complained about soloqueue woes in this thread realized they ACTUALLY sucked copious amounts of *** and decided to get better. The other 10% play 3 champs and don't think warding is necessary. o.o

Now John, I haven't actually played with you, so I've no clue how good you are or what you're capable of, but realizing you prooooobably suck some kind of donk is the first step to getting better. :o

And then you get better and reach 1500, and THEN you realize you've been sucking not 1, but 2 kinds of donk all along!

It's a vicious, demoralizing, yet enlightening cycle.

As a completely objective spectator, you are not disproving anything and, while accusing them of being afraid of being wrong, I wonder if you've applied that to yourself as well.

Look dude, I've hard carried as a jungler and as a support. Granted this is at my terrible normal elo, but I think the point still stands, your enemy team is gonna be on average about the same as yours and if there's more then 100 elo points difference you should be able to carry through at least 65% of the games (though that it takes forever IS a valid excuse).

Frankly, ELO Hell is usually just avoid responsability for the loss, yea it feels good but just blaming ELO hell will never let you get better. The only thing that will help you get better in this or any other game is analyzing yourself after each match and ask yourself "where did I mess up?"

Elo hell like you probably think it is does not exist. If you're good enough you WILL make it out, I've seen it with my own eyes.

Like has been said before by Px, john, your ratios on Corki could be higher. Back can't hold all of the weight from carrying your teammates? Simply get stronger and carry harder. At some point you need to take some responsibility of the outcomes of these games, whether it's really your fault or not. Just make it your fault

I want to expect better of you, but I know not to
i'm going to ask for critical advice next time i scrim with you guys. that doesn't mean that i don't have bad luck in solo queue. where do you guys get this stuff?
look dude, you're saying your disproving elo as a valid system by posting a screenshot of mediocre stats with a 0-8 record. rough break. doesn't prove ****. but anyway, let's stop cause we've been down this road and it goes nowhere.

forget about it. all of you.

hopefully i get starcraft for christmas.

unbelievably sad

i was gold last season. i carried myself there with corki among other heroes.

but i guess i just suddenly got terrible at this game and started losing every corki game at 1300. yes, that's the explanation that people in this thread would be most likely to believe. because life is a race and the more you think about how bad others are, the better you feel.

So everyone who made it out of Elo hell got lucky? That's all I read from the last 2 pages. John if you like some advice I don't mind playing with you, I'll even support you bot to see if I can comment on anything I see wrong. Be warned I won't make any plays and allow you to make calls on when you want to play aggressive so I can also judge your judgment making decision.

Play carries that can protect themselves a bit.
Demand solos as ranged carries.

Every time I dip and I'm first pick I go "Corki/ez mid".
Deal with some qq and then have 110 cs at 11 minutes because most ap casters aren't built to stop corki free farming mid.

Dude, that's just a bad attitude to take for a competitive game, no matter how good you are you can always get better. Even if you DO belong in a much higher ELO there's always more you can learn.

On one side of things, kill ratios aren't that indicative. If you look at his gold per game average, it's quite high considering it's 0 wins.

Last season my caitlyn went 5-10 in ranked with similar per game averages (mostly the gold).
yeah, you can't win them all.

Also, does this make you upset?

no, people who make it out of elo hell are mostly good players. people think i'm undermining their success in solo q, which i'm not.

i may take you up on that, but honestly i'd rather play a solo lane because that's what i prefer in solo queue.

@everyone else: you should be ashamed that dphat of all people gave me a nice reply :awesome:

The ELO system is fine IMO. Sure there are flaws but I can't think of a better system that's still practical.

Also the level of play has improved as well. It's not as easy to get to 1500 as it was before.

Well considering I was at 600 ELO last season at one point and got to 1399...it's possible John. Like I was legitimately complete **** at this game, and I was tired of it so I got better. I was stuck at 1200 for a while this season, but then I decided to actually pay attention to my mistakes and work to fix them. Gained 200 ELO in about two weeks. I'd say I need to get better before I can rise anymore but I'm happy with my improvement. Try asking people like jpak and dphat for advice. There's alot about his game that you probably dont know.
It seems pretty difficult to break 1500 for me right now, so I'm guessing this is kinda where I should be.

Any other streamers know why xSplit using game source crashes LoL when a game ends and I have to manually re-add the client every time I start a game?

Also no sound.
