Some of these changes are hilarious from listening to the patch preview. Certain AD champs have an edge with range and harassing. Graves, take this and that. Kog take this and that. Cait... you're 5 speed slower LOL. Like I know they nerfed her a bit ago, but you'd figure some tiny range nerf or somethin else. Oh well, she fine now. Everything else looks fine.

I've been building CDR Olaf now, and that is just silly. 2.4 sec E, 6 sec Q CHUG CHUG.
In a 12 second interval you get an extra Chogath ulti compared to a standard Atmogs/Fratmas build (1700 true damage assuming you are just spamming smartcast E ). And your ulti is on a 60 second cooldown...
E spam all day everyday.

I don't think increasing the knockback of the buster shot will help any.

There are definitely some lanes that beat Olaf.
If you can trade for higher damage than Olaf then you will beat him in lane imo.
I've lost to Rumble, Akali, and Garen. Yorick might win, not sure but I haven't had to go against him. He should be able to out sustain you and out harass.
Teemo is just super annoying at every point of the game except teamfights where you can just crush his face in (especially now that you can't be blinded).
Olaf does beat a lot of champs, but if you pick him too early I think you should expect to go up against a counter.

Still, a tough lane it doesn't stop your lategame from coming if you just get some gold/10 and find a few moments of free farm. Nasus looses like every lane but give him any free farm and he can get god status, so winning a lane against Olaf isn't necessarily gg. And I guess it doesn't really matter what items he has because dat true damage and cc immunity.

Yeah, I'm definitely starting with like 6 wards now on supports.
They butchered CV . scouting moves like hawkshot/orianna ball/karthus Q/etc just got a ton better.
Surge looks way really strong... >_>

wtf @ cleanse removing exhaust/ignite w/o nerfing trynd/olaf. Seriously, **** whoever did that change without nerfing them. That sort of **** make me really angry. You used to counter him with exhaust, escapes, flash, & forcing preemptive ults (the latter before the recent patch making his ult remove cc). There is no counter-play to an olaf that takes cleanse/ghost now, aside from picking stuff that can try to beat him early, ganking him a ton, and trying to use teleport to win early vs him. Terrible design.

A lot of new things can be done in the game, its like a pseudo reinvention.

I hope it will shake things up quite a bit, because new strategies that could form with these changes could increase the depth of this game - maybe.

There is almost definitely going to be a shift in the meta as teams struggle to counter cc immune bruisers like trynd Olaf and cleanse swin mundo etc

Im also going to start with cloth+3pot with a ward now when I go top if theres a shaco leesin or some stupid broken jungler on the other team.

I also think fizz is going to be retardedly op on release. I love riot's thinking. We're nerfing flash so let's introduce an assassin with two gap closets! It's balanced!

Fizz won't be OP on release, I think. He seems to have some skill component to him, and those take a little longer to come to fruition. He probably is OP, but it won't come out for a bit.

They will honestly probably just revert the Cleanse changes when they see Olaf and Trynd destroy everyone.
