I'm more than a little bit skeptic of splash art with horrendous watermarks being legit.
Except that earlier the names 'Frankenstein Annie', 'Incognito Blitz', and 'Witch Nidalee' were found in code for the upcoming patch.
So yeah, there's that.

ghost noct was too. they all were, lol. they're most certainly legit, surprise fiddle is the only one not legit for splash art.

It seems fairly obvious to me that whatever site got the leaked images put their watermark over it. Don't know why that would insinuate they're fake.

Jarman may not be the best character in the game, but I agree that his dpsness is epic.
Earlier on this season I used jarvan to climb purely because I'd be like "yo i have this skin, so if you want to get carried just ****ing listen to me". AND IT WORKED.
I'd always go brutalizer -> sheen > some mixed defenses > tforce.
Imo, the guy is pretty strong against ranged carries + support meta still.

If he wasn't designed by Ezreal it would take me more than one game to learn how to decimate masses with him.
But Jarman can
1. function as bot support if you have to... AS boosts, knock ups, slows, 8% of current health auto attacks (which honestly wreck)
2. He can function as a jungle if he really needs to (but eh, he's better in a lane)
3. His solo match ups are rarely losses, he can go toe to toe with a lot of aggressive lanes in terms of damage, but engaging like that definitely makes you vulnerable and his lack of natural sustain takes its toll.
He's a jack of all trades character who is on the upper side of good. there aren't really [m]any better jack of all trade characters.

How do I choose a jungler? I want to try them to see which ones I like, but I don't know how to do that without rune pages for them, and I don't want to waste a runepage on a jungler I end up not liking.

Not all junglers need a specific runepage. Pretty much any jungler can scrape by with an AD or tank page, and Fiddle does fine with a generic AP page.

Hylian... what do you mean how do I choose a jungler? That's a ******** question, put some time and look up some common jungler picks and read up on them. No one going to know what you like to play.

Hylian, it depends on what you want.
Fid for an AoE centric team where u need that extra magic damage for some reason.
Udyr is good against teams without a lot of kiting.
Nocturne great level 6 ganks, can counterjungle, and initiate/split push for your team later on.
Lee Sin for awesome lane precense and if you need part of his kit for something. me dunno.
If the other team picks like 5 melee champs go with mummy, given they're not gonna jungle-**** you.
etc, etc.
^Just some things to think about. I'm no expert, and am probably wrong about some of that.

He wants us to tell him how to find what he likes.
To be honest, I had the same problem starting out.
I'm not asking you to tell me what I like, I'm confused as to how to go about finding what I like when I need runes to jungle. But if I don't need them really I guess I will make a general jungle runepage and try several different ones. I already know who people consider good and fast etc.
I would consider watching livestreams of famous junglers like SaintViscious and TheOddOne and see what they do. Consider what you like and don't like about what they're doing, and some of the characters they're playing. Then once you have a list of what you want to do we can advise you on character specifics.
Even better, look at archives. That way you don't have to hope they jungle when you're watching.
