Skarner rework is really wierd since what it sounds like they want him to do, is a spit I though nunu filled.

I can see how it could work, but I think skarner needs something done with his ult so VI and WW don't outclass in in there own rights.

Morde rework is just as odd.

I can get behind Fiora/Garen/Darius changes.

Morde and Skarner not as sure.

It's especially gonna hurt real freaking badly if they literally remove 15 base MS from skarner, a character that needs to flash or be in your face to do damage while examples like you said Vi and WW can press R on someone to jump to em right away.

Garen changes are a buff now with what they fixed up imo.

Played teemo a bit, moving stealthed in bushes is fun for jukes, and the ult extra rangr and bouncing is really fun. I just wish they would set up faster so you could actually use the voice extra range for plays. I also wish they would just keep bouncing if you kept doing it, instead of bouncing on one and just landing next to the other. Making a shroom train down the river while staying in lane would be really fun.


Been playing a good amount of ad mf. I still haven't found a reason to put points in e till I have to. Q feels the same damage wise but it works much better and is more clear due to the qol change. Don't remember if w had its numbers changed but the active giving you strut is so great. E is still just a slow, I wish it put w stacks on them so it would have use and synergize with ult better. Ult feels awful now btw. Base dmg got gutted, you only have damage on whatever target you've been hitting with autos which in most fights is the tank trying to get to you. It lost its big damage as a combo initiation tool, and is only really useful near the end of fights after you have w stacks on multiple people, but at that point if you ult the tank will still just shrug it off and just walk up to you and cc you. All it really helps with is 1v1s or fights bot lane when you don't have to respect the supports damage, because your ult will only even hurt whichever one youve been focusing. I don't like it. Going to have to try mage fortune soon though.

I think the real reason behind the sandbox mode not being provided is relatively straight forward. Riot doesn't want a sandbox mode released to the general public because they understand that providing one could provide a means to accelerate the process of someone reverse engineering their game models. There are already Chinese knock offs of several League of Legends champions like Ashe and Singed if you go to Disco Heat's youtube channel which jokes around the game being called League of DOTA.

As unlikely as it may seem that there will be a competitor to League of Legends, Riot has likely factored in the fact that the majority of their player base in all regions are largely people who play normals and rarely play ranked. A League clone that doesn't require as much grinding to get to level 30, rune collection, or champion unlocking could appeal to the majority of their userbase which are people who only play normals.

Finally, League itself took several elements away from DOTA and the DOTA 2 community. Champions like Teemo were thought up by the DOTA 2 fanbase and used by Riot after hiring the owner of a DOTA 2 forum fansite who closed the forum site down and harvested the user provided content for new champion concepts in order to build several League champions like Teemo and Nocturne based on sources commenting on the matter.

Content thieves understand content thievery the best. However, there is no way Riot can ever directly comment on stolen content being the core reason as to why they are afraid of releasing a sandbox mode when a large amount of their userbase who has played other MOBAS are more than ready to point out that League is hardly an original game and this whole charade is simply analogous to thieves protecting their own loot after robbing it away from others.

It's more so to do with they want to fix up the client I think first since that has been an issue far longer than lack of Sandbox and would make implementing it into the new client a lot easier than doing the Sandbox mode first.

According to ping tests, Ill be going from an average of 38 to an average of 43, so not really much of a change in my case

I used to frequently have 88-95? But around 10 or so at night it jumps to 133-233, dunno y
Did they do those server moves recently already? I pay attention to esports and PBE dammit not obscure **** nobody cares about lol

Run cmd and used command: ping 104.160.131.1 iirc 60 is his ping back. Ping command works by sending packets of data and waiting for a signal back that it was received. Also yeah servers moved recently.

I don't really understand the matchmaking system of League. I've been playing on NA lately with a group of friends, and we constantly get paired against teams of people like... 2 platinums, 2 golds, and 1 silver. Very few of us play ranked, and the highest ranked person we have is just a gold.

I remember hearing a stereotype about Tryndameres trying to take a tier 2 turret while they're nexus is under attack. Just got to experience it today lol. Apparently he didn't think all of us grouped in mid with Baron was a threat until it was too late, not to mention they lost every teamfight cause all he did was split push all game.

To be fair, if you have baron and a Trynd the Trynd should be splitting. That way you get baron buff in at least two lanes with one of those having a very strong splitpusher.

You read that wrong, his team had baron and the Trynd was on the other team ignoring a grouped 5 with baron.

What would really be fun is if the nexus does the Tryndamere scream. Except you know how you sometimes get the frozen tower laser bug with the tower laser noise always in the background? It'll be the same thing when Tryndamere activates his Undying Rage. Except the Nexus will constantly do the Tryndamere scream while superimposing his face over the Nexus.
Undying Rage should be AoE IMO. Best skill now. Sorry Kayle, your ult is now useless.:059:
I never understood Kayle or even Kayle jungle. She's just so incredibly reliant on that "E" and the ability to gap close without really having any hard cc and lacks a strong engage opportunity outside of her having her ultimate available which is less intimidating than Tryndamere's ultimate since she lacks a method of gap closing herself.

She has virtually everything in her kit. DPS, burst, resistance shred, ms boost, heal, invincibility, ranged waveclear etc. She's basically a hypercarry and a support in the one champion. Even if she's behind, ensuring that one of your carries is guaranteed to do DPS for at least 3 seconds is pretty big. Not to mention she also counters basically every assassin.

How is Kayle these days? a season and a half ago all those E nerfs (after they kept tapping away at her Q, which I didn't "like" much) because of runaan's hurricane I've just kept to playing Malzahar for dominating everything/everyone.

Did she get changes or has she come back into the meta?
Honestly characters like Kayle can almost never be allowed to be good. She's a mana character who does better in the "single" things every other character archetype has (especially early, and eventually very late). I doubt anyone in the cast produces as much damage as Kayle throughout the course of the game over 45 mana.

Basically any character who can come into lane, clear a wave at level 1 easily, hence setting in stone heavy lane control (heck even at top it's worthwhile) with a wave that should be relatively neutral in position afterwards with 100% creep kills is my type of character/kinda broken.

Her only good role now is Jungle with the Devour item and maybe rylai's 2nd or 3rd.
The change to rylai's gives her a 40% AOE slow from her E splash damage, so honestly Q is never needed unless you're needing the single target burst instead.

So more needing hurricane to do damage.

Yeah, that stupid item not even designed for her and honestly not being "nice" for her to get (especially depending on your build) kinda killed my ability to play her. Now it became a core item on her to scale well on E purely because they nerfed her.
Ughh their hypocritical balance paradigms/decisions over the years.

I guess Jungle Kayle being viable is cool?
Although one of her biggest points were her lane domination (as otherwise she's super average mage in the late game/against long range mages), so unless she hyper carries from the jungle it still means she's meh.

She's meh even with the item, shyv yi and fizz do better jobs with the devour jungle.

Mostly shyv and Fizz, holy crap fizz save us if you allow him to snowball with devour.

Shyvana is dumb with devourer, we auto q with just sated+botrk hurts so much. So much mixed %dmg. Fizz is annoying because he can go sated, one damage item, then rock a lot of bulk and just sit on people being impossible to peel. Like at least yi has to build mostly damage to be useful, so one targeted stun and some good focus means he is solely good for clean ups. Shyv/fizz, and to a lesser extent xin, can just go devourer+blade then go full bulk and still out damage anyone in a dual.


Malz is still godlike though. Free farming, impossible to solo dive, easy damage, super easy early dragon, amazing roams post 6, all easy to do because two spells clears the wave

With so many damage focused junglers now, early/mid game team fights Malz just melts people with no tank to sit on him.

Not sure what Riot was thinking with Sated Devourer but hopefully they balance things out with champs like Kayle next patch.

Also what champs seem to be allowing you guys to climb in ranked lately? Yasuo has been working for me quite well although I used several champs that I'm both familiar and not too proficient in to climb to Plat 5 (Which is a tough league. I failed the promos to Plat 4 four times).
