Kuz, the point wasn't that it was breaking the rules or not.

His point was that if he cared enough, he would be able to pay attention to the rules and be careful.

Without JD really getting a WIN on his record yet, I don't think he knows how good it feels to WIN and to actually try hard to get to that point. It still seems like he's goofing around, which is fine with me. I like that.

Even so, I agree with him playing newbies until he shows better behavior. (I wouldn't let him play a game of mine till like after a newbie or two! And I would still be cautious if it were a large and/or game with awesome flavor)

I can understand you blacklisting 4evah. But I'm sure he can turn around. I wouldn't want him to be gone.

Although... It depends on his next game!

It depends on you JD. Don't **** up mang.

EDIT: ME????!?! ANNOYING???!?! **** YOU. Just kidding. I know I'm annoying. And I don't give **** about being annoying... I won't give scum the time of day. Not that I have a watch... (Cept in times where I give all hope up... I will try not to do this!)

I read that whole convo and only got that out of it. lol. ALthough I know some ppl hate my playstyle *shrugs* you win some you lose some

Hey guys, don't be mad at J. This really is all my fault. He truly cared about the rules, but all the times I asked him questions or made statements, I felt no remorse for how far I shouldn't be going.

He could've chosen to not answer my questions, but even so, I still made statements I shouldn't. It's kind of hard to disregard something once you read it. So if you really need to hate anyone for life, hate me.

He's goofing off too much, this is twice now that he has happened to break the rules. I too used to goof and do dumb things, but I learned that I was ruining the experience for others and I have come to appreciate for what it is, a game.

And like a game, a game has rules, and those rules should be followed.

I can't tell you how many times I've been modkilled for stupid things, JDietz. Hopefully you'll learn.

Kuz: Understood. I would like to play in your next setup.

Oh god please don't say that...
That's what this game was supposed to be after screwing up the "Bah, go scum" post in SF mafia :c
It's the truth man. Let it sting. The sting means something wrong happened... and that you have to re-evaluate yourself. If you are really #1... you shouldn't have a problem.

He knows what he did wrong and to what extend he did wrong, I was the one pushing him to continue.

I really feel bad for letting him take the brunt of the "You done goofed" bat, when it truly is my fault.

In Sephiroth's hands.
The decision on who would get MVP is really gogdamn obvious. It's just a matter of whether I give it out or not. I'm pretty sure I will--turning a situation in which I thought you were damned by the fact that Xonar was practically untouchable into a victory in LyLo is MVP-worthy in my eyes. I just want to double-check with Seph and see what he thinks.
Give out the MVP. I'll give my thoughts later to you.

I don't want to be that guy who makes everyone else's game un-fun...

@Meow: thanks lol... but it took two to tango, I knew who you were signing you up with me, but I still did it anyways. You can't take all the blame either

But you can't ignore me when I said "I think this" or "I think we should that," and all that I went into. You only answered questions because I was so far behind and you didn't want to feel bad for bringing an pointless slot into the game, even though I didn't care enough to become a point-ful slot.

Believe me I tried... but still, looking back there were better solutions than just soldiering on

...but I think everyone has had enough pity party for today, maybe we should all just let it die and move on...

Allegory your mistake costed you the game. Plus I had an assist fron vandy by letting me go. So there was more of a burden on ya.

This loss spreads to many people, not just jd. So him not feeling really bad doesnt really show anything. Its null.

:phone:
You're right. The two situations are entirely different. Sorry for the poor comparison.

Jdietz says he feels bad though, so I wanted to gauge his sincerity.

Also everything Kooz said :<

It's kool Allegory. I understood your point, and mostly it was about him caring about the game, amirite? I think I went over that. : P

@Meowmonster: Alright, yeah it's your fault too. *Spanks* Now then. I don't know if you two should be able to play in a game together so soon... Yeah. I think you two might have to play in different newbies. Maybe. I didn't really see you caring about the game as much, so I would give some lee way to him and less to you. If you would like to say I wouldn't mind, you were funny. Just as long as you have the same... HONOR as JD.

And I'm sure he has it... deep down... in his... guts. I mean he's #1 and all.

K. Drama done.

It's cool you made him hammer himself, but that horribly anti-town and plenty of the higher skilled players would never do that. He gave up and let people lynch him, that's not playing to his win con.
K. I was cool with your *****ing and **** and wasn't gonna interfere till you said this.

Tell me how it was anti town to self hammer hours (or the day before I don't remember) deadline. I was the inevitable *** lynch because Dietz thought it'd be cool to FAKE CLAIM against me to get me lynched even though I hadn't been scummy at all all game. Cool story? You're putting blame on me when honestly I played better than most of town, and sorry dude, but that's how you play a PR. The idgaf attitude didn't get me killed amirite? Oh wait it got me ML'd cuz of cheating you're right I'm sorry I suck and will take advise from you now.

I'm not sure how an MVP can be given out when you consider what happened with JDietz and how it kinda ruined the game as stated above lol.

Sorry for thinking you were scummy Gord @_@. I guess I need to get used to PR play styles ._.

Gord isn't bad for lynching himself, Ryu. There was nothing against him besides our case (which was old) and that role that was claimed. :p. Unless I'm missing something.

Yea you're missing the fact that you're not reading my play. Anti town, in whatever definition you may have for it, isn't SCUM. I did nothing scummy. Simply. And I'm not blaming you for the misread. But I'm not at blame for my own lynch.

Because the actions that qualified us for MVP happened independently of that. And there is a LOT of those.

Gorf I'd let a nl happen over being lynched as town, everytime. I wouldn't self hammer.

:phone:
That's dumb and selfish. If you do this you stop the information flow going to town.

Yeah prolly true that you should convince ppl you are town first before doing that. I should have done that too... I just felt ok cuz it seemed like a plan to get me 'out of the picture' so I wasn't a wild card.

All that leads to is a lack of info and a free Night for scum to do their bidding, and more often than not, a lynch for the saved player the next Day. Besides, my flip being the most important thing at the time was show that I NEEDED to give town my flip.

I'm really glad Ryker flipped scum, jesus. I thought he was fairly townie on D1/D2, which is why I tried to reason with him on D2 as opposed to outright fighting him, but I got so flustered and upset when I thought Ryker was just trying to get me lynched because he didn't like me that I ended up screwing up. Like, all that was going through my mind was "I will never play another game with him again for pushing my lynch with a Commander Stryker Vig claim if he is really Town. So, that's why I was angry on D2, sorry to all how I acted, etc.

Well anyway, gosh, I wish I hadn't been lynched this game so early, I think I really could have done some damage if I was better liked. I'll do better next game.

Gord was very Town to me, especially after our argument on D2. I'm still butt hurt that he got lynched d3, and by Jdeitz who shouldn't have used MeowMonster's role. I'm still wtf'ing at that o.O but I'll leave that to the higher ups.

Ran - Thanks for that comment, I feel a lot better now after all was said and done. :)

Inferno - My vote on you was pretty scummy. It was pretty sheepish. I can't read you for squat, so I relied on other player's reads. Sorry about that. Maybe we can figure out how to better read each other at some point.

RR/Joey - I knew you were Town! It was so blistering obvious. I predicted you to be VT or a very weak PR role, and I was right. w00t. Well, at least I think it's a weak PR role. It's like lyncher, but you get one save? And it's a one shot? Bleh.

Ryker - GG WP.

@Washed - Did Ryker really not know the scum team? His first D1 post screams at me that he knew Biceps was scum.

Kuz/Kataefi - I should have waited for you to come on before I voted for myself, maybe things would have been different. Oh well.

Gord - Hopefully no hard feelings dude, I was just pissed at the whole situation and got upset. Sorry.

JTB - I had a feeling you were scum. Nothing conclusive, just gut. Suspicion. Yada yada. Ah well.

John - SO HARD TO READ. Thank god I turned out to be a pop cap vigilante, but you ended up dying right after me, so I guess it didn't matter too much. :p.

Biceps - Funnily enough, I thought you were scum too. :|. Again, nothing conclusive, but I stated it earlier on. Which was awesome.

Side note: I felt super trolled by the fact that I was scared as **** to incorrectly use my vig shot. I PM'd Washed like 6 times to change my target, when my shot ended up not doing anything at all. Butt rage.

I agree with this. The first game I won I was happy (shoutout to JTB for all the help he gave that game) and even happier in my first town game that I really felt like I contributed. Losing really sucks. My first game here was Upick pokemafia and I kinda "pinned" rykerscum but I couldn't convince anyone and eventually he fooled me.

@Bardull: No prob dude. For srs yo, don't joke about showing your role pm's. I like you. Stay here. And glad you like the comment. And yeah I can understand your anger. Glad you didn't do anything drastic. I am sure your playstyle will fit here. You just got fooled by Ryker. : P

@Inferno: Ah I see. And it would make sense that JD wouldn't really feel like he contributed here due to stronger players in this game than himself. Sure there were others at his level, or near it, but still. Feels better when you can relate with others and be like WE WERE EVEN etc etc.

I wasn't joking about showing my role PM. I'm still new here, I just didn't know whether or not it was a horrible thing to do. I saw Gheb do it in Liar Mafia and I thought "well, if I can potentially break the game for Town with my PM, why shouldn't I do it?" But then Washed got really aggressive about it. so I didn't do it.

Oh ok yeah. Gheb just did it in spite... basically the same thing.

Questions:

Did you have an easier time getting town reads or scum reads? What helped you achieve them?

Anything you could improve on your game here? Any strengths or weaknesses you have noticed here?

I'm very mad that Washed never thanked me for replacing in
Seriously... If RR/JOEY could have backed me up on my accusation on you we might have had something. They just agreed with you. Didn't like that.

Of course, you were right on JTB scum. I was wrong on that... Ugh.

Noooooo probably not.

I still had Glyph to back me up. Even without Glyph, you two aren't good enough to lynch me.
So what do you think we each (independently) would need to improve on to be able to lynch you?

Also any other tips you have are welcome appreciated and encouraged.
