Also, low tier tournaments are gay. There can be a low tier tournament as long as it doesn't conflict with anything else (this means that it won't replace the crew battles or anything like that).

3 will work too. It's not near as abuseable as the games have been since 4 even though 1 was really the least broken in terms of rewarding skill with points. But 4 is still the best.
