Now you're in the Dream Team of this thread for me. I got you, my boy @Serenade01, good ol' Ms. positive vibes Ovaltine Ovaltine , and Mr. Good Points EricTheGamerman EricTheGamerman (none of those compliments were sarcastic btw).

Now you'll be joining us for a drink somewhere (or a game of Smash or something, whatever is good for the headcanon). And despite me having no attachment for Geno, I'll be happy if he gets in due to people like you who make this thread enjoyable.

Edit: I'll be happy for more than just the people I listed above though. A lot of people in this thread are really enjoyable to hear from (shame there is a bad apple or two though). Genuinely, I have no attachment towards Geno but I want your dreams to finally come true.

While geno still has the mushroom in his spirit smash still considers smrpg its own thing. Back when the mii got revealed its said smash x smrpg not just super mario. So while he still would be considered a mario character smrpg is counted as its own thing. kinda

There needs to be a leak through the amiibo list. We already had Best Buy reveal Joker's render and Nintendo UK showing the SNK copyright. So imagine when they update the list to showcase Joker, Hero, Banjo and Terry amiibos, they go too far and show off character 5.

Maybe the TWEWY info from Tansut could be applicable with Smash? If Geno is a playable fighter, then from what we've heard he could bring these Mii Costumes:

- Chocobo Hat
- Mallow
- Smithy
- Neku (TWEWY)

3 Costumes and 1 Hat. Hero brought Round 2 of the Mii Costumes, and Square gave us... 3 Costumes and 1 Hat. Interesting.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the Mii Costume for Neku would be tied with TWEWY2 on the Switch and other consoles.

How would TWEWY be related to Geno though?

I doubt the twewy thing has anything to do with smash. The guy said this was not only focusing on one game system so I doubt its smash related.

He doesn't need to be. Goemon, Team Rocket, and Sans Mii costumes all came along with Banjo & Kazooie and none of them are related to the bear and bird duo. In fact, none of the Mii costumes that came with them are.

I was meaning more in regards to Tansut hinting at TWEWY. Wouldn't he just hint at something relating to the character like he did with Cloud?

Probably. I thought you were talking about TWEWY being a Mii costume coming with Geno wouldn't make any sense right? My bad if you were just talking about Tansut.

Does anyone know how long the wait is usually for when Smash uploads a private video and the character breakdown trailer comes out?

Not a leak. The Channel updated so we're working with an assumption that there's a new video that's lurking in privacy. Hard to call it a leak or even really a rumor. Just a lil' thing that might mean we get news soon.

Even though I don't actively support Geno, the way this thread is being treated is like a second Newcomer discussion. Good for me to hang around here.
