Wow i've heard the rumors about a "New Super Mario Bros' game for the Wii, and to my astounishing surprise, it's true! I just found this out lol... I've been waiting for a game like this for ages for the Wii, guess my Wii won't be collecting dust for much longer. So has anybody even bothered beating the game completly, whoops, no spoilers please.

Nah they don't give a crap about Luigi...if they did, they would give him more than 2 games, with one of them not sucking badly.

They even removed the abillity to play as him in single player in NSMBW, lame.

They could of added wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more things to this game though. It was a great game but they could of made it way more intense. They should of done it Super mario world style where Yoshi goes with you everywhere except for the castle's.

Well Nintendo did do something about the copyright laws or something on "Luigi's Mansion". I'm almost certain that there thinking of releasing "New Play Controls! Luigi's Mansion".

Well guys it's not so much the levels, any old-school Mario fan knows what to expect, I was reffering to any gameplay mechanics, any unexpected apperances, items etc... to that point.

Again I would agree with that, but something is urking me and telling me that if there were a Paper Luigi, there would be a different story. Well, they should at least add Eclair as a playable character.

How about Paper Luigi being after saving her. So she would be with him or something. But after that I have no more ideas. But it would be nice, because its referrencing back to Paper Mario. I love referrances.

But then what would happen? So much things to think about. I want nintendo to play around with their older mario games and new. I want to see old things I have seen before so that I can recognize it and say "hey, I have been there before!" or "Wow I love that place" or "Oh no not that place". So that Mario and all the places and people and things can be in our heart, recycled.

what I'm thinking of is Mama Luigi, haha, where falls down this lava pit and SURVIVES! How can he do that I asked my friend. He said "He's Mama Luigi, thats why!"

If I ever feel down a lava pit I would know that I was done for. I'd hope mama luigi would save me lol.

Also, I know I was the starter of this topic and for this I'm sorry not to contribute much to this topic. My problem is I have not had internet, and I was having a hard time, but who doesn't? ALso, I don't have a Wii and I am not familiar with new marios. The latest I know is Sunshine, and I haven't played Galaxy yet. Also, I hear about NSMB, and thats all I really know. Its there for me, but not there YET. I hope I'll be there, and be able to talk more about Mario and whatever he has been doing lately. :]

And Luigi of course, and then maybe some bowsers and lakitus, and Peach and Toads. EVERYTHING : D


Another question, if there was a paper luigi, should it be a sequel to Paper Mario? Meh, I dunno.

Circuit Break Island, here I come!! I thought that part was pretty funny.

Yeah, it could be Nintendo's alternate to SPM back in turn taking style. Lots of people hated SPM (Even though I loved it, and it's style, along with a great storyline) Paper Luigi would satisfy the unsatisfied fans.

Yeah, I've heard Bowser King mention it a few posts back, I'd love a Luigi's Mansion 2 or even a New Play control thing seeing as I broke my Gamecube one, I love how Luigi would sometimes break the tension when he found a key or something <3

Very epic, but slightly out of place.

Anyhow, I'd love to see Daisy (and/or Waluigi, although he seems to me like a more natural fit in the Wario games) appear in more Luigi-centered titles. They seem to be around for the long-haul, so they might as well do something interesting. And King Boo is a must. Except this time, let's see him fight without a giant Bowser mech.

I like this a lot! I would LOVE to see Waluigi be the main villain. He's so evil and quite funny.

In any case Waluigi deserves to get a majorcharacter in a game. His first appereance in Mario Tennis (might be wrong) was nothing special,and he continued to appear only in Sport and Party-games.

I can remember that at least in the GBA- Mario Power Tennis he was more important than Wario, because Wario wasn't playable,not even seen in this game ever and Waluigi was a regular character in this game (not a huge improvement for Waluigi,but it's a good start).

And Waluigi has actually some potential I think,for being a villain instead of just an easy replacable side character.

Nintendo even experimented sometimes with Waluigi,he seems to have changed his personality (if there is any) several times,I do not know exactly how,but in Mario Power Tennis (NGC) he was a real b**** in the intro sequence,when he vandalized a match together with Wario ,on the other side he had a charming side which was in Mario Golf: TT (NGC) maybe (dunno),I remember him holding a flower (maybe a rose) sometimes... (it was kinda creepy though,according to his outward appeareance.

So yeah,I think Nintendo should give it a shot and let Waluigi have a major role in a game. Oh,and I hope it is going to be Luigi's Mansion 2,I love the first game.

TBH, I'm surprised he hasn't found anywhere to go yet, I kinda wanted him to be Wario's sidekick in the WarioLand games or something =/

Maybe it's just me, but I never thought Waluigi to be a big bad boss, I would love it if he was but I would rather have him appear in more Wario-oriented games as a playable character then have him as a boss character.

Luigi's next game should definitely star Waluigi and Daisy but instead of the usual Mario plot and gameplay, they should keep it creative like Luigi's Mansion. However, I doubt that will happen this generation since there are already so many Mario games on the Wii and Nintendo already has most of there people working on other games anyway.
