That super mario 2 comic was funny lol. I actually enjoyed that game i remeber i could never pass it then about 2 years ago i pulled out my snes and was like it's time to get serious with all my snes games i coudn't complete and completed them. I did enjoy mario 2 but the others are still way better.

Also yeah i feel sorry for that guy who got fined 1.5m from Nintendo Australia. Nintendo Australia are just going to use that money on stupid things anyway as they usually are stupid and they said Australia won't get any games early like they did with NSMBWII because of the acts of this person imo this is just their excuse to be even gayer to us.

But yes anyway Super Mario Galaxy 2 will be very tasty.

I found SMB2 to be one of the easier games of the "quadriology". Though that's probably because Hammer Bros. are my worst mario nightmare when Mario's powerless and I can't survive 8-4 of SMB:LL . . .

I hope that in SMG2 the Yoshis aren't limited to specific levels like in NSMBWii, I know that SMW limited them from Castles, Fortresses, and Ghost Houses (though that was actually do to technical limitations), but it's much more extreme in NSMBWii, still a fun game though.

Yoshi really wasn't that limited in Sunshine, he appeared in nearly every normal level at some time or another.

And also Mariowiki says that SMG2 will be released on May 23rd this year in America. I don't know if that's completely accurate, but that sounds about right.

The trailer looks amazing. I'm so excited for this game.

☆ Platforming God at it's prime from that video. I really love how this game looks currently, the fact it's coming soon is just what Nintendo really needed to do, currently for the Wii two games that's hot right now, (Tatsunoko VS Capcom and No More Heroes 2), but two of those games currently won't beat the other games that's out right now, (Mass Effect 2, Bayonetta, (360 only), etc), plus with Final Fantasy XIII and Super Street Fighter VI coming out soon, Nintendo really need a big bomb on they're hands, and Super Mario Galaxy 2 is that big bomb, along with Metriod Other M. ☆

Yeah, his voice has changed a bit from the original video....

Anyway, I'm glad to see the delfinoian's make a return. I always loved the tropical levels in galaxy an I'm expecting a lot more of them. Also, the bosses seem like there going to be a lot more creative and intense in this game. A dragon flying around a planet, a giant lava monster among others.

Off the Galaxy topic for a moment, I'm a bit upset, as I'm doing my first 100% run on Sunshine for the first time in..what? 8 years?

Anyway, I've gotten everything (11 Shines and 30 Blue coins) on the first four levels, and I was really upset to find that picking up one that I'd never found before in Noki Bay causes my game to freeze, especially after I spent 30 minutes trying to get it.

I'm wondering if it's the disk, or if it needs cleaning, or something else. Either way, I can't reach my goal without that, and it bugs me

A while back Super Mario Galaxy had stars under the letters U,R,M,R,G,A,Y.....spelling out U R MR G/A/Y.

Super Mario Galaxy 2's logo comes out and at first glance the stars go under the letters U,R,M,I,A,Y

Total nonsense...right? Well a commenter on Kotaku posted that the message was backwards! It now spelled Y,A,I,M,R,U spelling YA I M R U.

SMB/64- An awesome game that started it all
SMB2/SMS- An awkward game that's loved by some but disliked by others
