So you know how people are making a big deal out of the stages favoring ground characters or air characters (characters with air/ground based games)? What would Ganon fall in as? A ground game character, or an air game character? I personally think it's pretty even, but if I had to say one it would be air.

Ganon's a bit of both. His game is mostly on the ground, but you'll find yourself "in" the air just as much.

Ganon air attacks are beast, Ganon's air mobility sucks.
Yeah this pretty much sums it up. The most mobility he gets is FoG.

Ganondorf is a ground character whose jump sucks so much that his aerials are considered part of his ground game.

So, I've, uhh, found a secondary finally.
It's a bit irritating, as it's one of two characters I have avoided playing at all costs, and just so happened that I am very good with him. I'll be playing him in any matchup I don't feel comfortable in, and I'll probably play solely him in pools, to ensure getting into brackets.
The character is Olimar. The character I still refuse to play as is ROB.

Playing a bunch of friendlies as Ganondorf really puts into perspective the sheer difficulty of landing more than one move in succession.
But my goodness. Killing someone off of three to four reads is the most satisfying thing I have ever done. Ever.

And that's why Ganondorf is such a challenging and fun character at the same time. Nothing like curbstomping your opponents into the ground with the worst character in the game.

Playing as Ganon is like swapping polar opposites.
Now I have all the KO power I've ever wanted. At the sacrifice of my speed, agility, and recovery.
It's a delicious challenge, and my Ganon's up to it.
I should get some videos recorded so I can get some feedback.

I will start posting here a lot more often
I believe I will use ganondorf for a very great deal of my friendlies for the next few months. When I watched videos of DLA I realized how technical you guys were with buffering and use of other game mechanics to allow you the edge you need to overcome superior characters along with reads and other player skills. I feel that if I learn the teachings of the King of Evil I myself can improve to drastic new heights as a player.
I believe I will use ganondorf for a very great deal of my friendlies for the next few months. I was using Ganon, its just I was using Marth and snake more now its marth and falco and I'll be using a lot of ganon too.

To be honest, I think most of the videos with my Ganon in them are kind of mediocre. And a lot of them are outdated.
To be honest guys... I just want to win one decent-sized tournament. I can see it happening really soon, too. If I can do that, then I will probably switch back to Ganondorf and use mostly him in tournaments.
