That went straight through my heart you know
And i hope Toon Link early confirmation is for making advertisement of Wind Waker HD, and they wil change some of his moves along with Ganondorf.Unfortunately, I think with the inclusion of Toon Link and the appearance that he won't have any changes to the moveset (maybe a move or two), it makes me think they're either being lazy or rushed. This leads me to believe there will be no de-captainization of Ganandorf.
I really hope I'm wrong.
Umm...Captain falcon and his moveset came first so...?No, no , and NO. Ganondorf only, no demise; and cf is ganon's clone not the other way around
:ganon64: it doesnt change it, ganon will be superior; ABOVE ALL HE SHALL RISE :ganon64:Umm...Captain falcon and his moveset came first so...?
Oh, well if you put it that way.:ganon64: it doesnt change it, ganon will be superior; ABOVE ALL HE SHALL RISE :ganon64:
If only that were true...He won't be a clone this time. Trust me.
This game is one more reason to me to want Ganon as his second formSo this came out today...

That depends on whether you want Ganon (beast) or Ganondorf (human). Ganon a his trident in a few games, but Ganondorf never uses one. It would be completely untrue to his character if he suddenly started using one in Smash (that said, his current moveset is even more untrue to his character). He should use a sword. That looks like a woman to me. Ganon will have his own moveset this time around I'm sure of it.
I just hope he makes use of his Trident rather than a sword (He probably will end up using a sword )

That's Phantom Ganon.Ganon has used a Trident:
Just remove the horse.
Ganon Beast should definitely be Ganon's final smash akin to Giga Bowser, where he can be immune to knock back and deal massive damage.
True but Phantom Ganon is just a Sprit Carnation of Ganon. Everything Phantom Ganon can do Ganon can do (except the whole phasing through walls thing)That's Phantom Ganon.
I like Ganondorf's current Final Smash, but a fully controllable 'Beast Ganon' like Giga Bowser would be excellent.
Ganondorf could probably do that if he really wanted to.True but Phantom Ganon is just a Sprit Carnation of Ganon. Everything Phantom Ganon can do Ganon can do (except the whole phasing through walls thing)
Woulda made Subspace a bit easier.Ganondorf could probably do that if he really wanted to.
Glad I'm not the only one who feels that way about Wizard's Foot (knew Ganon's version of falcon kick had a name; just forgot what it was till you mentioned it). With the start lag the move has in Brawl anyway, it was even easier to predict (and thus) avoid than the standard falcon kick, even if you try doing it while in the air. Whereas with Warlock Punch you can at least play the occasional mindgame where you turn around with it at the last second during mid-animation, like with Falcon Punch. The only move I'd get rid of completely is Wizard's Foot. I can imagine him doing Warlock Punch (even while holding a sword/trident), but I just don't see WF as an even kind of Ganondorf-ly move, except for maybe F.O.G. being made an intentional effect (making him levitate and all), but that would probably be better suited for a recovery move.
I'd definitely change his grab animation to Flame Choke's initial motion (holding them up in the air), with his down throw changing to the explosion of darkness that his Side B normally causes. His up throw would be the same animation as doing Flame Choke on an aerial opponent, with Ganon doing a high jump to build up momentum. Forward and back throws remain the same.
Lastly I'd change his Up Tilt to his Down Smash, with the explosion causing a dark shockwave that hits on both sides and pops enemies upwards (if sweetspotted, sends the opponent flying like U-tilt normally word). His new Up Tilt should be the cape deflect/backhand he does in Ocarina of Time.
FINALLY someone else who liked that!Honestly I'd kinda like it he had long hair like in OoT
