NARUTO VILLAGE BATTLE RPG (i guess)
I worked fairly hard on this... and wanted to see what suggestions and improvements can be made
so here it is
Here are the special Village Battle rules...
-You can use regular attacks more than once, but not more than two times (so you can do two attacks, or two heals, or a combo, but not heal three times and whatnot)
-weapon attacks, you can only do one per post every 2 posts unless stated otherwise
-jutsu attacks, you can only do one per post every 4 posts unless stated otherwise
- you can only use jutsu from your profile and village
- when you use kunai or shiruken, you are allowed to throw one more kunai or shiruken, the third attack combo must be regular attack or nothing at all
- repost health and etc
- everyone starts with 1,000 chakra + the number of posts
- for example if someone posted 32 times over their career in this forum, then they get 1,030 Chakra, you do no gain more chakra the more you post, when you sign up, that is the chakra amount you have (btw it’s rounded to the nearest tenth)
- weapons are assigned by me
- You can join any village
- People with at least 2,000 posts can join Akatsuki
- Max of 20 players per battle
- sign up by posting first
- everyone starts with 100hp
- you can only post 2 times, you can post again twice after someone has attacked again
example of a ninja: Dew Rag – 100hp – 1,040 Chakra – 2 Katanas - 20 kunai

Regular Attacks:
(you can combo these moves with each other, like kick and heal, but not three times)
kick/punch/etc: 2 damage
Heal: gain 5 hp and 10 chakra
- you can do this twice per post
Taijutsu Tech: 5 damage
- this move you cannot combo with heal, kick/punch/etc….
- wastes 50 chakra
Weapon:
Dagger: 5 damage
-if you throw dagger you can do 7 damage, but you cannot use dagger again (unless stated otherwise)
2 Daggers: 10 damage
-if you throw daggers then you can do 15 damage, but you cannot use 2 daggers again (unless stated otherwise)
Katanas: 5 damage
2 Katanas: 10 damage
Special Katana: 10 damage
Giant Claymore: 15 damage
Caltrops: 2 damage
-ability to use five moves (cannot use it with another weapon or jutsu in the same post, can use caltrops again though but cannot use more than 5 in a post)
Kunai/ Shirukin: 3 damage
- ability to use three moves ( cannot use with other weapons or jutsu in the same post, can use Shiruken or Kunai again though but cannot use more than three in a post)
Special Kunai: 5 damage
- ability to use three moves
- same limit as regular Kunai and Shiruken apply
Needles: 1 damage
- can only use 50 (max) at once
- use amount stated
Umbrella: 10 damage
Giant Kunai: 10 damage
Explosive Tags: 10 damage
Special Explosive Tags: 20 Damage
All Shurikin Throw: (3 x # of shuriken you have)
-once you use it, u don’t have any more
-ability to use 4 moves, (example: All Shuriken Throw, heal, katana, attack)
- can only use when you have 10 shiruken left
Ultima Sword: 20 Damage
- can only attack once with this every turns
Ultima Sword (special use): 100 Damage
- requirements:
- > all chakra loss
- > 99 hp loss
- >only once per tourney
- >name is heat_2008
Abbadon Sword: 20 Damage
- lose 10 hp
- gain 50 chakra
Abbadon Sword: Bloody Hell(special use): 100 Damage
-requirements:
- > 1000 Chakra loss
- > 99 hp loss
- > ability to kill 5 at once Judgemaster Decides
- >can’t use in tourny
Giant Claymore: 15 Damage
Med Pack: heal 10 Damage
- those that have med packs can do double damage
- can use med pack 10 times
- only med ninja have this
- they can double heal
Doll: Doll chuck attack – 1 damage per attack
- can attack 20 times in one post
- cannot use twice in a row
Elbow Blades – 15 damage
SPECIALS (aka jutsu’s summons, etc):
Everyone:
Henge Jutsu – reguires 10 Chakra
- Adds 5 HP to yourself
Bushin no Jutsu – requires 20 Chakra
- Adds another self with 15 hp
- Example (Blacklistxhunter- 100hp – 2Bushin 15hp)
- Can use it twice in one post (meaning you can make 1 to 2 bushins at once)
- Limit set is 4 times unless said otherwise
- Must destroy bushin before attacking user unless states otherwise
Kage Shruiken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken Technique) – 20 Chakra
- Does 10 Damage
- Can use twice
Heal Jutsu – requires 5 Chakra times X
- for every 5 chakra, heal 2 hp
- cannot go past 100 hp
- for example 100 chakra wasted = 50 hp gained
Mist:
Suiro no Jutsu (Water Prison) – requires 30 chakra
- Does 6 damage to HP
- Does 20 damage to Chakra
Suiton: Teppodama (Water Release: Gunshot) – requires 50 Chakra
- Does 10 Damage to HP
- Does 50 Damage to Chakra
Suiton: Suijinhekl ( Water Release: Water Emcampment Wall) – requires 100 Chakra
- No HP loss from the next attack by anyone
- JUDGEMASTER sees that it works
Sand:
Suna Suriken (Sand Shuriken) – requires 50 chakra per shuriken
- can send a max of 10 at once
- does 5 damage each
Futon: Renkudan (Wind Release: Drilling Air Bullet) – requires 100 Chakra
- Can use twice
- Does 20 damage to hp
- Does 50 damage to chakra
Suna no Yoroi (Armor of Sand) – requires 200 Chakra
- requires 20 hp
- minus 10 damage for all damage done to you for the next 5 attacks
Leaf:
Soshuha (Manipulating Attack Blades) – requires 50 Chakra
- Does 15 damage to hp
- Does 5 damage to chakra
Bushin Daibakuha (Clone Great Explosion) – requires 100 Chakra
- Creates 3 bushin with 10 hp
- Does 20 damage to hp when u attack with bushin (bushin is destroyed, if it is destroyed before use,no damage)
Kage Shuriken no Jutso (Shadow Shuriken Technique) – requires 20 Chakra per Shuriken
- Does double damage for each shuriken
- Can only use max of 3 shuriken at once
Grass:
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu (Hiding Camouflage Technique) – requires 50 Chakra
- Gain 50 hp
- Lose 50 hp if despell is used
Doron: Doryuheki (Earth Release: Earth Release Wall) – requires 100 Chakra
- negate effects and damage from a double post
- Judgemaster sees that it works
Doton: Yomi Numa (Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld) – requires 500 Chakra
- Gain double attack power for all your attacks
- Lasts up to 50 turns
Sound:
Zankuha (Decapitating Air Wave) – requires 30 chakra
- Does 15 damage to hp
- Does 10 damage to chakra
Zankukyokuha (Extreme Decapitation Air Waves) – requires 60 chakra
- Does 15 damage to hp
- Does 100 damage to chakra
Zesshi Nensan (Tongue Tooth Sticky Acid) – requires 150 chakra
- Does 10 damage
- Continuously does 5 damage per post
Cloud:
Yoraishin (God of Night Lightning) – requires 100 Chakra
- Does 30 damage to hp
- Does 100 damage to chakra
Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique) – requires 300 Chakra
- ability to attack 3 times in one post
- can do this twice
Rairgu no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado) – requires 500 Chakra
- Does 50 damage to hp
- Does 300 damage to chakra
Akatsuki:
- ability to use all village jutsu’s
