You techincally choose the first stage together, but I typically just go to one of the 4 neutral stages. No can really complain about FD (usually).

EDIT: Yeah, Hanonbow isn't a legal stage FMOI. I'm guessing you just forgot to add it in the beginning, though.

Edit: Bracket specific stages are valid till start of the round after this according to rule... 3 I believe. So yes it is legal for FMOI to go Hanenbow.

These stages will not be legal past the quarter finals. These stages are included because some characters in the particular brackets absolutely soar in these stages while they are also strong counters against some of the better characters in the game. Which ones, you ask? That's what research and counterpicking is for. Keep in mind that these are very strong counterpicks and can easily come back and bite you in the butt if you don't have the right strategy in mind. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

So, Hanebow is available? =O

Contradictory statements are not inherently part of the listed rules contract. As further evidence the current match is still being fought solely within the bracket that the stage is legal.
