Florida Melee power rankings?

Florida is obviously **** at melee so I think some of the top FL players should get together and assemble a top 10 list an what not.

Just throwing it out there.

Linguini and QDVS pritty much always place 3rd-5th in tourneys.

After that who the hell knows.

Raistlin just got 9th at the biggest melee tourney ever and hes never really been considered for top 10 before.

Florida is too pro to rank.

Just to throw out some names which haven't been mentioned yet who should be considered (i.e. ones who have recent wins against those listed in Apollo's Tier 1 and 2.)

And I have trouble ranking Rice. He's obviously one of the best players in Florida, but we don't see him at enough Florida tournies. I always feel he'd be better in midsouth rankings where he plays more, but he's obviously Florida.
