Reticule bloom isn't bad, hell I think it's amazing actually. Just makes all the scrub *** little kids on Reach mad cuz they can't mash R anymore lol. Just time your shots a little bit.
W/e, I've been playing Halo waaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. I can honestly say I spent more time playing Halo 2 than all other games combined. I thought Reach was terrible because the maps were trash. It's sad that I was still ****ting on people without even taking the game seriously.
Sad because I played previous Halos way too much.
I might hop back on Reach after this semester is over so I can boost Chaz and friends some more lol
Are you serious, what you just said made no ****in sense. No one is "mashing R". And whether or not YOU time when YOU hit R makes no difference.
Suppose you wait to hit the R button, and you go up against a "spamming scrub". You still have the possibility to lose no matter how skilled YOU are, because THEY decide to rely on luck. If you can't grasp this, then either:
A. You are ****ing stupid
B. You aren't good at any halo game, and probably are ****ing stupid
I was amazing at Halo 2, and i can prove it any time lol. I time my shots in Reach, but it doesnt matter, because someone who SPAMS the R button can get lucky BECAUSE OF BLOOM and kill me BECAUSE i decide to wait to shoot. Im not saying ive never been out DMR'd, but theres no way in hell your going to sit here and tell me that the DMR isn't a complete random piece of trash.
The BR was great (in halo 2), the only reason they changed it was because SCRUBS complained that they were getting straight up 4 banged everytime they went up against someone that knew how to shoot, the BR was just too good in Halo 2 and while that was fine for MLG i guess it wasn't for other playlist kids.
Basically,
Bloom doesn't add any deep element to the game. It's not something you can master and use to your advantage
, its a straight up random element added to a weapon you spawn with.
Comparable to tripping.
