I guess I should've worded this differently. The trophies within fighting games kinda help me out. Missions made me a lot better at mvc3, and it's the 100% that made me want to do them so bad.

The question I really should've asked is what are Blazblue's inputs like.

No, I don't think so. Ragna has a 2141236, Carl has a 64641236, and Makoto has a 2363214. Those are all astrals though.

No one has anything like what you mentioned.

I input it the way I say, it might be different in CS2 or something...2:00

To refrain from posting anymore, I'll just edit this one. I have no idea what to say then, haha. I'm thinking it's just different in CS2 or something (it's a really stupid input) Oh well, it's no big deal.

BB is p fun, and the characters have very interesting, and varying playstyles. I'd suggest getting it.

I think you could always pull off Hazama's astral two different ways. I remember messing around with Hazama in CS1 and I could use the 6321463214D input.

Maybe I'm thinking of CT Arakune. CS made the commands for Astrals a lot easier.

MBAACC finally confirmed for a port!
...

To PC.

http://www.meltybread.com/

I have mixed feelings about this. A PS3 port would've been a hell lot better to spread the word out. Plus the fact you would have to buy a BR disc set to play the game even. Hopefully the MB community will promote it like hell or something to gain recognition or else it'll just drop under like MBAC =|.

Mauve (maker of the caster) has already said he actually wants to make a caster tool for MBAACC.

Thanks to Kuraudo for the heads up!

The fact that MeltyBlood is not on a current gen console is pretty much the only reason I haven't played it yet.

Melty really needs a console port for places that are not Japan.

The fact that this is only being sold as a bundle with an anime for now and that French Bread or Ecole has not said anything about this yet leaves the announcement feeling incomplete.

As much as I want this, I don't want to pay $100+ to have an anime with it. :urg:

But now I don't care about UMvC3 at all.

I'm pretty sure that someone (Mauve, I think) said they would develop netplay for it.

The same person who did the netplay for MBAC.
I'll be glad to finally try this game then , I've been following it for so long and never got the chance to try even MBAC

So I've been thinking and I want to know you guises (and Lythiums) opinions...

Would you want the new Darkstalkers to be rated M or T?

I honestly would pick M. I want that game to be disgusting, esp. Jedah. I think it being M would break it into the mainstream tbh..

I never thought about that before. It being rated M (or at least violent) would set it apart more from Capcom's other fighters.
Although being rated M could also potentially hurt it at the same time, so I dunno.

I'd rather it be rated T. I don't really care for that sort of aesthetic. For example, I kinda wanted to play Noob in MK when it came out, but his x-ray grosses me out too much. I understand that that's how that particular game goes though.

I don't think Darkstalkers could really take on that sort of style. Most fans (including myself) wouldn't like it imo.

The hardcore..

They love teh gore.

Lets be honest here theres no point in trying to appeal to the younger crowd with DS. It just wouldn't work.

And plus, DS was always nasty while still being wacky. It's just that it was 2D with low res. If they put all of the **** they had in Vampire Savior it would be rated M probably.

I don't think they should appeal to the younger crowd, I mean we have Morrigan and Felicia for God's sake. Thing is, even with all the horror movie themes, I don't see why an M-rated direction is the best. I mean, do you want to see Hsien-Ko's flesh gradually coming off (though I don't think jianshi work that way), Felicia's nipples completely visible, etc?

I think what he's trying to say is that an M rating would allow them to do what they want with character effects like in vampire savior. It wouldn't be MK type of stuff though, My main issue with MK9 is the fact that the battle damage is over the top.

I'm sure if the game was rated T most of the blood and such from jedah would be toned down and it just wouldn't feel right.

also, Bulleta/B.B Hood's super involves a bunch of giant men appearing from her skirt, that seems pretty M rated to me :awesome:

I haven't played DS/VS, but I think it could get by with a T.

The only questionable character would be Jedah, but I can't think of any new Japanese fighting game in arcades that has blood so he might not make it into a new one anyways. He still might be able to slide by though.

I don't think anyone else is that bad.

Yeahhhhhhh, no.

Jedah not in the next DS would have a biiiiggggg backlash. He's one of those really big fan favorites.

And his moves would be gross in HD lol. And imagine his Fetus stage.

The only other bad character would be Zabel to an extent.

If they went with sprites then I think they can get by without loosing Jedah. 3D models and Jedah alone might push it to M.

I wasn't recommending that they remove a character, I hate when that happens in fighting games, but I don't know what will happen if it becomes an arcade game.

I know Melty Blood had blood in it back when it was PC only, but once it made it to arcades all the blood was removed.

If it's console only then they can go all out, but I don't know if it can make it into arcades now without being toned down. :/

I just noticed that Guilty Gear XX Slash was like the last Japanese fighter to have blood.
I had no idea that the earlier Melty games had blood though.
