'Don't Come' to the Interstate Crew Battles! (Sydney)

[CAOTIC]

OK guys, let's make an honest real effort with this. There's going to be 8 spots on each of the State Crews and captains will be assigned to them. I have thrown in some captains that I'm assuming people will accept. If the captaincy is challenged successfully, let me know and I'll update it. Otherwise, the captains are there to solve any confusion and arguments over who gets in or not.

Also, I will be recreating the time schedules to reflect these additions. I'll link you all later.

• 8 players per State
• 32 stock for Melee, 24 Stock for Brawl
• No time limit
• Only 1 Snake and 1 Metaknight allowed in Brawl
• All other standard DC rules apply within reason.

Other things:
We need someone to privde us with a video recorder to record crowd footage. DVD-R equipment is already provided for in-game recordings.

I think Victoria is going to field a fairly weak team in Melee and Brawl, so it'll be an uphill battle for us

It's really hard to say though, theres too many variables and not enough precedence
