J, I wouldn't say I deflect but I could be wrong. I am not trying to make excuses. Im trying to tell you what I did. My vote was purely RVS and you said it was yourself. There is no alternate motive. You can ask, Soup can ask, anyone can ask and it will still be RVS. I just happened to post my opening posts at a later time than RF and therefore it is considered scummy. I know I can't change anything but if I voted first I wouldnt be given crap for it (correct me if I am wrong).

@Soup - I literally went into every post RF said and showed who each post was directed towards and the meaning of each of them. Only one of them had a quote of Swords, most of them addressed Rake, and a few were general "join me on the wagon" posts. I saw no actual pressure towards him. You basically said "Nope" and gave no reasoning as to why I was wrong. If I am wrong do exactly what I did regarding RF's posts and show me how adamant he was when you voted me.

That is one thing I will agree with Inferno on, Soup. I've been watching the RF conversation between the two of you and in the end I have to agree with Inferno in saying that RF hasn't done much in terms of pressure or providing reasoning to the Swords push. The most he has been is a sporty cheerleader in this case for the lynch.

So can you show me this "reasoning" he has shown in his posts, Soup?

On a side note, don't know how I feel about Gheb but I like the TB vote.

He is at the very least one of two. His interactions in our neighborhood have been genuine. I would take Inferno over half of the cast an it is well known how much I (Ryker) hate playing with Inferno.

Ryker is adorable when he lies. However, I will endeavor to put forward a taste.

Three things, I will give you, and only three for now.

First, the Sword's questions were not the spark. That lies in his #103.

Second, #146 is completely accurate.

Third, at no point was I pushing just to push.

The black knight cringes. He knows he has been caught. He must take the battle to the demon on a field not of his choosing.

Hoping this is poetic fluff - on what grounds can you state that I am looking to blend? I've done more than anyone in the game to substantiate my vote on Sword.

Taking this to be the reasoning against Inferno:

"My read on Inferno is null possible scum-lean. I really don't know my opinion him. I dislike his pushed but I am trying to find the scum-intent and more just finding the self-preservation intent which can be indicative of towny but his posts are just full of deflecting onto others and not really owning up to his own actions."

I think he defends himself better than Sword does. 187 reads townie to me, where he presents his reasoning for questioning Sword and not Soup. Yes, he does the same thing as Sword does in beginning to question someone on your (J's) cue, but what bothered me about the way Sword did it is how he tries to preempt that suspicion with his "aw i wish you didn't say that now i'm gonna be accused of being scummy and following your lead". Inferno doesn't do that - he straight up says "you made me think of a question i'd like to ask him".

What actions does he need to own up to? This all started with his vote on Sword, and he said it was an RVS vote. What is there to own up to? Is he supposed to fabricate some sort of logical reasoning for voting Sword when there isn't one? Where's the line between deflection and defending yourself while still pursuing your own scumhunting? Do you really think Inferno has crossed it? Back up your statement that he isn't defending himself well, and then for every example post of Inferno's you bring up, I'll probably be able to match it with an instance of Sword defending himself that is just as bad, if not worse.

Basically, as RF said, Inferno is reading much more genuinely than Sword is (orders of magnitude moreso). Yes, he's been caught up in defending himself and I wish he would focus more on scumhunting, but at least he doesn't *****foot around for his defence like Sword does. He is also posting with the confidence I would expect to see from townferno - scumferno tends to be much more reserved.

Translation: I believe that Swords' is scummy but that possibly that everyone pushing him is not town, his play isn't great and he has made himself a center of attention but it is something to consider.

I was really annoyed with your play in Paper Mario just reading it - you've been around long enough that this kind of play is no longer excusable. Do something. If you're worried about being called scummy for sheeping, just know that you're going to be called scummy for not commenting at all anyways.

@Macman: I see why your vote was on Sword now, so you can ignore my previous question. What's your reasoning for voting Inferno?

@J: In 209 you bring up that Sword has supposedly only once been pressured as town. What conclusions are you drawing from this? The post kinda sticks out, so I'm wondering where you were going with it?

@Gheb: Do you agree with the points against Sword, and are dismissing the wagon because of the "unanimous" support for it? Or do you disagree with the points against him as well? In your eyes, what about Sword's play has been scummy, if anything?

Sorry, I guess I just like to make mistakes as least as possible, it IS careful play and for good reason; I like to see players reactions to my playstyle and see where that leads me. But I get what you mean. I try to make better stances after Day 1 is close to end, but I realize that isn't fair to other players.

When I make cases and such I get blunt reactions and such that I'm not used to. That's why I prefer less hostility. It drives some players up the wall; including mafia. I become a target for gambits, etc...

So for now I'll just post leans.

Swords is leaning nullish to town for me.
RF is null...
Rake was leaning null but I feel scum vibes.
I like Soup so far.
J is feeling a bit questionable.
Gheb is frrururuurruff***ckckckckck scum.

@T-Block - I do know J quite well personally outside of the game. We've played a bit offline, and this makes our second game together online. Don't know John whatsoever though, but I noticed his lack of activity, and I was hoping to find out a little more about his thought process.

@John2k4 - Soup's #307 basically sums my thoughts up about the lack of willingness to discuss. T-Block brings it up, too. What exactly do you mean by "trying?" There's plenty going on that you could comment on. Every person's thoughts are significant in order for reads to be developed.

@Krys - Could you go more into why J is "questionable?"
