Smash trailer starts
We are what seems to be inside a cave, Erdrick and Link are exploring It, a shadowy figure is following them
They prevent some traps on the following order: some spiders, spikes from a wall, a bottomless pit, and a set of floors which when step on makes some darts pop out of the walls
They make It to a familiar looking monolith holding an even more familiar golden idol
Erdrick and Link try to get it
Suddenly a whip sound is heard, and a whip stops them from grabbing It
The shadowy figure from before appears, and says "Stop you two! That belongs on a Museum!"
The shadowy figure finally shows itself, while this theme starts building in:
Indiana Jones gets on the Crusade!
We get to the Gameplay segment, as expected Indy uses his whip for the Tilts, charged Smash and grab attacks
His specials include the gun for his neutral b, him on a Minecart from Temple Of Doom as his side b, his whip once again for the Up B and as a fun surprise Marion's frying pan which she uses to knock out a Cairo henchmen on Raiders for his down b similar to Marth's down b
While showcasing some of these moves, we get a glimpse of his taunts and alt costumes: we see his jacketless costume from Cairo high fiving short round, his gala suit from the beginning of Temple Of Doom while drinking the holy grail, and a military disguise from Raiders while getting scared of a snake while also seeing Lucas using his snake taunt next to him and Solid Snake
We get a look at his stage: the Lost temple from Raiders
It plays similarly to Mushroomy Kingdom: you side scroll through various iconic hazards and locations from the temple in the beginning of Raiders Of The Lost Ark, including stuff such as the boulder, the wall spikes, the wall darts, the bottomless pit where you can hang from Indy's whip like in the movie and the Golden idol room
Finally, the music starts building up to the 0:23 to 0:52 timestamp of this video, but orchestrated with an organ and a chorus:
While doing so, we get a glimpse of Indy's Final Smash: Marion and Short Round go on a classic white car from Last Crusade and go over Erdrick and Link. Then the scene changes to Indy and the two of them closing their eyes and opening the Ark Of Covenant. And the Wrath of God starts happening as we see in the final confrontation of Raiders Of The Lost Ark as the music starts coming to a close (to get an idea of how the Final Smash could look, check the 1:30 timestamp of this clip)
SUPER SMASH BROS ULTIMATE X INDIANA JONES
We see the aftermath of the confrontation. Link and Erdrick are sitting still with a very shocked expression, while Indy walks behind them with the Golden Idol. He looks at both and says "meh, normal archeology investigation for me" and goes off screen
