Tbh in America a lot of over twenties are stealing the jobs that 18-21s would normally have because they can't find employment in the jobs they would normally have since those are now taken by 24-30s. I do think that the income from the job you have is reflective of your maturity because fiscal responsibility is the basis of maturity in the United States and barely having anything means that you're barely able to take care of yourself. Wealth disparity is a funny thing though since the average income of Americans was supposedly around $45,000 - $50,000 for the past decade according to Robert Reich's documentary 'Inequality for All.' However income now for most Americans comes out to around $30,000 - $35,000 while commodities have been increasing in price ever since.
