Well in all fairness Ultima I'm from DE as well but I'm an honorary member

I think the only actual members will be the original six that started it, the rest of us will be considered as members but we aren't the original founders of it.

now im lost about the membership thing....

dont believe them program...i suck in brawl im the noobiest of noobys and i spam with ness and jiggly puff :)....whens the next time everyone is playing?? im free 2morro afternoon/evening if someone wants to come play at my cribzzz

What's up with all this hate about Brawl. I honestly don't get why you guys like Melee more than Brawl, and I don't actually understand why you guys say its slower paced. I would say Brawl is technically inferior, but the only thing that's semi difficult to do technically wise in Melee is moon walking long distance. Besides that, everything in Melee(that I know of atleast) is easier to do than DACing in Brawl. In Brawl, you get punished alot more when you make mistakes, and it's alot harder to mindgame because your required to do so all the time, and you can't play off of reflex like in Melee. In melee, you can dance around, make silly mistakes, and catch people with the lamest mindgames, and won't get punished nearly as much as you would in Brawl. Melee is alot easier to progress in than Brawl because the only thing that can make you good in Brawl is experience. In melee, aslong as you copy what you see pros do in videos, you will get better plan and simple.

I don't know why you contiune to make uneducated posts like this. If everyone is arguing against it there must be a reason. The fact that you don't understand doesn't mean that it's wrong. Take the time to learn from the people who know what's going on. Don't ignore what's being said and throw your own beliefs back in peoples faces when they try to help you. Take it for what it is. I almost feel like I have to talk to you like I'm your drill sergeant. If this post doesn't get through we may have to. :laugh:

MM, huh? I haven't played in a couple months, but I'd be more confident in Arcana Hearts than in my Melee. On one condition....we play a few matches with each other first, lol. no mains....just secondaries. i'd need to warm up something fierce before I'm ready to play for money, rofl. Once I get rollin' can't nothing stop me, and my combos are short, powerful, and REALLY GAY.

Wow, you play Arcana Heart? Do you use stick or pad? I myself use a HRAP2 with Sanwa buttons.

I need to try that game again...heck I need to get back into alot of the 2-d fighters as I haven't touched GG since Nick wrecked me on labor day (*sniff* poor robo-ky)

I also need to learn more about 3rd strike (this tech intrigues me...I think I just like the word)

Ok...so I wasn't the only person that thought Hearts's special's had an bizarre closeness to a falcon punch...man...I need to play that game again

But yeah Atlus is one of my favorite developers ever since Persona and their other good games like Odin sphere and Yggdrasil

OH WAIT..THAT IS SAYING THAT!! -__-...***** range is from the middle of the stage to the end of a side in one tilt lol... i got somethin for that reptile tho...im gonna just spam jigglypuffs projectiles!!! :) ;) .... O_o o_O...ps smash, i live in de, newark, over near chs(highschool)... but i work all tomorro till like 10...so yea lol.....

but tonight is smashnight!!! wooo, everyone is invited O_o

All the more reason for me to warm up against you, lol. Besides I plan on learning....most of the characters....(I don't like some of them, lol). I just have a best....thus hence, my main. when it came to the older SF games....Ken was my main...or my best. I hardly ever used him though. I switched characters 'cuz ppl got pissed when I won so much with one character.

I go controller....it's the most comfortable feeling for me. *shrugs* It's how I learned, to be honest. My mom hated fighting games. so when she finally let me buy one for myself, all I had was my controller and a TON of practice time.

You SHOULD play Arcama Heart. ^_^ Oh and Atlus just rocks...period. That, and you weren't the only one. My friend Dane (Also at Sensei's thing. the one that played Sensei in 64) only refers to it as "Falcon Punch!!" He and I play a lot. Mostly Maori vs. Lillica. I hold more victories in that one. Our Saki vs. Heart matches are even. I'm 3 for 6 in Lillica Dittos, and undefeated in Maori Dittos. Reik....actually friggin' beat me more than I beat him. I'm gonna **** his Saki SO badly next time we play.

completely lost as usual...but did someone say 2d fighters O_o....name your game ;)

i wish there was a fully legal and created mugen....lol...that game would make millions in downloads and it would be the end of 2d fighters....there would be no need for anything else but engine add-ons and chars and stage and theme and music add ons -___-....me luv it....

mvc2 and cvs2 ftw!!

Are you on Drugs? Who the **** ARE you? I put up with your nonsensical jibberish for a little while, but now, what the ****? First of all, tell G-reg that Snake is a bad main, or Tyrant, or Forward, or DSF, or AJAX. Secondly, Look at my Siggy, Why are you gonna tell me Snake sucks? Thirdly, Snake is not a Reptile, he is the clone of the Greatest solider that ever lived, Big Boss. Fourth(ly), Jigglypuff's Projectiles? Can I bum some of whatever you are smoking?

Normally I would not have a problem with people talking on the thread, but I have no idea who the **** you are Boog, You talk **** on people, and I could roll my face across the keyboard and make more sense then you.

Ok Epic, Ill play you in a set. You beat my Snake, Ill whip out MK or Marth. I love Falcon, but Knee does NOT go through Fair. ^_^ <3

Hm...I got a feeling I don't want to get in the middle of this but I'd rather get this over with...

Program, alright it was a bit of an *** thing to talk that kind trash since everyone played snake at one point. There's really only one definitive way to settle this without actual violence...sooner or later you guys will have to play (not even going to suggest wifi) and look at each other in the face and play.

Boog, you really haven't met a large number of the group (or perhaps any that are in Dover) so lets leave that trash talk to after you've met them in person and played them in both melee and brawl. I will say this: you destroy me in brawl, I won't doubt it or try to say it differently. That said, I'm horrible at the game and practically all the other guys in Dover are twice as good in Brawl compared to me.

and please Boog...try to use better grammer, this is a thread but it makes it easier for everyone to just use correct spelling.

Oh and Program Snake is so because Falcon's loins were combined with a tank and crack team of demolitionitsts...thats my theory anyway...

Hahah...hah...Program you actually think that I can win a round? Well...I take brawl with a pinch of salt but whenever we get a chance to play I'll be more than willing to do a set with you

I know right... I'm terrible at the game... for some reason I only lose to pros who spam ddd's grabs though.

Or maybe I'm amazing and should play brawl more. NOPE! I enjoy melee too much.
