I can't sorry. In reality, people will get a chuckle or a smile to laughy sentences, but hardly ever "laugh out loud" to stuff that seems "lulzy" on the internet forums. To me what Celebi said didn't even make me smile. (And smiling seems to be the weakest indication of somebody laughing.)
I'm just stating the current truth for internet forum users, maybe as I am a good philosopher.
