Anyways on a serious note, I would like to thank each and every person who posts on this board and also the DFW boards as well. Without your much needed humor (no matter how stale or salty lol) and your time/dedication to smash, my dream would of never gotten off the ground.
From the first post I knew that the DFW was just more than Dallas rep'ing the DFW, and we all showed that the DFW can't exist without the FW :D
Your co captains Kovu and I just want to throw that out there.
In order to build the fort, the foundation must be strong for several generations, and we've completed Phase 3 of my dream so far. Phase 4 has already gotten to a grand start.
PS: I might not be going to WHOBO3 as well.

the Dallas thread is mostly full of people in Plano who are northeast of Dallas. Trying to get to each other's houses is like an hour and a half drive, depending on traffic. Though we do usually go to each other's tournaments, we don't often go to each other's smashfests
Also, for a brief history. The DFW thread is supposed to represent the entire metroplex. However, the Fort Worth scene went through a problem after an argument or something I wasn't here for. The scene became very dead, so we started up a Fort Worth exclusive thread to get people in Fort Worth to be more active. With some dedication from the active players, we were able to somewhat re-spark the scene and I'm happy for it. :D
