I can live with the randomness, but it's the trouble you have to go through to get a pokemon to max EV's, right personality, and perfect moveset that's just ridiculous for me.

Seriously, it would take hours upon hours just to get a competitively-molded Nidoking.

I spent about 2 hours catching nidorans over and over, and I never got the stupid personality I was looking for. rrhjgrhrghrgrhgrrhgr

I've never done the full competitive Pokemon build either. I'd always just level to 100 anything I caught. But Imma do it for this game though, I've always wanted to jump into competitive Pokemon legitimately.

Personalities are easy though. Can't you just use a Synchro Abra or something?

The actual games suck for making a competitive team. Go for shoddy/pokesav if you want to go competitive. It's really not worth it to spend hours breeding for the right nature/IVs (more random btw), EV training, and taking them to 100. All the junk you have to go through like egg moves and move tutors is crazy too. And if you want something like wishbliss, you're ****ed because you missed an event.

I love the liquefying effect you did in the Zelda one. How'd you do that exactly? I'd use a less-horrible render though.

The filters cover various flaws. But the yoshi one was OK w/o filters, it just needed 'imperfection'. idk, i think it was clockwise twirl, and i had to erase a little bit. just a line or two there, and the erase blended with my (very slow) drag back and forth. then i just repeated for all the other circles.

That render is awesome, and super easy to fix.

Just apply a tiny black center stroke, it'll blend in to look identical to the actual render and eat the stupid white pixels from a crappy cut job.

if you want to play pokemans you could wifi me. i have like a million teams on pearl. or we could shoddy i dont care.

also, if you want to start playing meno, be prepared to pretty much learn all the pokemons. i know pretty much every single pokemon and every single moveset they have so its kinda hard to surprise me.
