steam got timed out by tim. it was a jv 3 stock with me at two stocks and some damage. i had never been timed out before D=

So honestly, what exactly did we do today that's different from any other day that "killed it for you." I mean you didn't like Brawl already sooooooooo.

Ganon was really the only reason I played Brawl. Today when I played some brawl, I was just ragged and ragged on for playing Ganon. Neither of you would take me seriously when I played with you. You'd literally just sandbag until you lost, even though it was loser out. It was like being treated as a child. I felt immasculated, scorned, and shut out. It made me angry enough to just quit altogether. I can stand getting ***** because I main a low tier, but it makes me want to cry when my own friends don't even take me seriously enough to try and make me better by beating me.

lol jamaal, those falcon teams were almost as epic as the MK's vs. Captain Ganon team match on brinstar!

You're being too serious about this honestly. We always rip on you for playing Ganon. It's Ganon. We all find something to rip on each other about. Like me getting timed out. As for the sand bagging, I only did it because you said you were gonna play some Sheik and then kept playing Ganon. So I was just waiting for Sheik. I almost always **** around in friendlies with you and Splet though. If you reeeeeeeaaaaaaally want some srs matches, I'll do them. But you didn't seem to be having fun that one time I just ran away and peanut'd with Diddy while all you could do was slowly walk towards me > get tripped + combo'd > repeat. I just have more fun messing around in friendlies, which is why I pick random characters like Pit and stuff.


In other news, I just found a shiny Golbat. Yaaaaaaay.

So the "gaming" headset I got sucks, the mic works but only if I yell into it. I'm gonna get a new one at best buy after work, anyone got suggestions on a brand to trust for that kinda shiz?

Gross desktop mic.

Headseats are just so much easier. Also you won't pick up any background noise (usually).

I don't have any suggestions. My friend has some top of the line thing and I got his old headset and they're okay although they are starting to break.

@ Roman: I'll definitely try to make it to more melee fests! Next time we see each other we can trade numbers and shizz. I'm out of practice now, but since I kinda quit my main game, I have tons of time to practice tech skill.

From my own experience, desktop mics have always been better for me. You can adjust the sensitivity and levels of a desktop mic so it doesn't pick up background noise.

so good news folks, I think I might have found a job downtown 11-8 5 days a week pay is 13 dollars an hour ( i think ) working under my friends parents. So to Tim Tony and Mike this is EXTREMELY good news seeing as I wouldn't have to worry about driving 20 minutes to broomfield and 20 minutes back downtown. So ya, that's a heads up there. Also- talked to the landlord co-worker he said we can go look at the place anytime so gimme some good days for you guys so I can set that up.
also i agree with yang on this, tabletop mics are just much better in general-mics built into headphones don't last trust me.

I know this is a little late but I really admire Moblin playing Ganon. He is playing a character he enjoys and has fun with it. There is no point to playing this game for me if I don't enjoy it. Even if my character is MK food, I don't care. Also Moblin really is a good player from what I have seen.

Anyday later in the day works for me Sam, or early saturday, or any time sunday.

I got a new headset with a mic because I'm lazy when shopping, and the headset I got before sucks and hurt my head.
