ur doin it wrong.Where do you do with the .brres files???
For the umpteenth time, it is not available yet for BrawlBox but Kryal is working on it. Can this thread be NOT BUMPED by a question about replacing sound effects? It's ****ing annoying to come into this thread to only find people asking about "WEHRS DA SFX!!!!! BAWWWWW"did anyone figure out how to replace voices?
Apparently that's impossible to do.So, could anybody who's good at this make a Roy hair Marth without alterations to the Marths moveset please? This is so cool, but for people who don't use coding its out of reach...![]()
It's because this is the NTSC .pac, you need one ported over to the PAL .pac as the PAL version of Brawl does not have the same SFX numbers as NTSC .pacs do.@ Fortwaffles
Do u know why Roy has no sound effects?
I'm also looking for something like this. So, could anybody who's good at this make a Roy hair Marth without alterations to the Marths moveset please? This is so cool, but for people who don't use coding its out of reach...![]()
Interesting. I didn't imagine the new hair was implemented through the moves. Figured it was some form of model hacking or replacing or hex/vertices editing or something. It gives him new hair through the moves themselves. If you want to take a look at the Roy .pac yourself and see what they did and do all of like probably 100 changes or more to each and every animation, be my guest. It's not that it's impossible, it's just that it is way too time consuming to do it all over again.
i thought about something. now that we gots the animation haxing why don'ts we makes Roy's neutral B ike's side smash animation?
....but why? Ike's f-smash (the at least everything post charge animation) looks A LOT closer to Roy's neutral B than Marth's f-smash. Heck, they even both do the cape lift thing when the sword hits the ground. There was already a unanimous decision about that. It stays as his side smash.
