If you can make that a list of 10... or just take the firt 10 listed since i put it in order... that would be a teams PR...

If you made things more static then we can list everyone once... but attendence screws that up

@Mekos I think I actually do have the doubles matches of Grand Finals where it was me and Eric vs Craig and Alex. Well, 2/3 of them. 3rd one wasn't recorded because it was dumb and Alex was bodied by a chair and it was quad MK.

Most of us don't even play this game at all outside of tourneys or smashfests, Craig, just like you.

But seriously I feel this will motivate people to create static and semi-static teams.
Only static teams would be able to be on it. And static at the local level.

This could only work with static teams. If it didn't then it would be kind of silly. If this ever starts up everyone should post who is teaming with who for the season and go from there.

Haha u keep saying that. U play this game more than me and esam. Yer at like every tourney. Stop johning. No body is out here practicing 24/7.
Get the will of fire. Just look at yer gameplay and realize why u lost. I'll analyze our match for u.

Game 1 - I played to learn your habits. U can see towards the end of the match I learned how to get in(and used some bait and punish techniques) and got in the exact same way most of the time,
Game 2 and 3 - U didn't adapt and lost. I had u downloaded. The only way a lucas can fight a character who has every advantage is to do that.

A true warrior realizes he losses and learns from it. He doesn't john. He just comes back next time stronger cuz he learned his lesson.
If u don't take responsibility for yer actions then u won't get better. Honestly Kadaj ur power level hasn't seem to grown since I first went to tourneys in NC. Which is bad. That was 2010.
Most smashers john and are lame. don't be like them. That is why Japan won apex. While america is johning they just play and advance their game.

U have been in the tourney scene since 08. The way I see it is u should have gotten top 3 at a national in something by now.
U obviously have potential but u hold yerslef back with yer mentality. This can be seen how u refuse to let me train u in dubs. I'm only trying to help a brotha out.

Don't use the teams themselves, it is really stupid to do that considering so many people have teamed with so many others. Just do an individual person PR and how they do in doubles.

I get what you are trying to say mekos, but the reason for my loses are clear.

An individual one looks nicer. But bits and pieces of that list are heavily influenced by who the partners are. Steve's list with actual teams is more accurate (except several teams have only happened once in the season), but the presence of our top 4 in singles doesn't disappear until the 9 spot. As expected as that might be, it looks really disgusting. It's understandable that Esam would suggest not to use the actual teams, I would agree with him on that.

But still I don't like the whole dubs PR thing anymore because I feel like a couple of people would not be that high up on Steve's individual list if they hadn't teamed with anyone from the top 4 in singles (Steve, Arch.. I don't mean to take anything away from you two individually, but I can't really help that right now) That list looks nicer because it's more diverse with players. It couldn't have been done better, but I see that as a problem because I think it is still bad. Just get on a team with one of those top 4 at any point and HERP DERP you make it as long as you don't mess it up really hard. Their presence doesn't disappear until the 9 spot as well, so who gets considered out of those who haven't teamed with that group is severely limited up until we see such a team besides me/Steve or Steve/PP make it to losers finals. It looks like my team with H1N1 has the best shot at pulling that off at the moment.

I just believe you can make that list as good as it can be made and it would still be misleading, except for the top half.

@Kadaj - That's not it man. I think yer technique is fine. U did this sick thing on game three. U read my recover and buffered a pivot down smash and sent me flying. I didn't die tho cuz I have that craig Di . I think u need to work on yer smarts. Which has to do with yer ability to read people. Read their habits and adapt. U do that and ull get to the next level.

@Kadaj - Smarts is why stingers beats u some times. He begins to read u better than u are reading him.

Do u know why I lost to stingers last time. I was winning the set and stupidly went hyper aggro and kept challenging his nair in the air and it would kill me. I was stubborn haha. If u watch our set this time and even dubs matches u see I know longer do that. Or if I do do it I know that have the spacing 100% down.
I can tell stingers reads his opponents cuz he broke the ultimate bad habits of all Robs while fighting me. Most robs gyro then will immediately laser. After Stingers saw I healed from it and downloaded his habit he stopped doing that. Every other Rob I've played could not break their habit. Chibo and ninjalink would just keep shooting lasers right after the gyro.

That's why dubz PR sucks. People get inflated for having better partners on the individual list , but partners aren't static enough to make a teams list.

I clearly mess up multiple fox trots, pivot grabs, and a lot of other things that had nothing to do with getting the reads which I had already planned for. Like I said amongst the majority of the reason I lost is because I wasn't being technically proficient.

I know how and why I lose when I do lose I'm not some idiot that can't see past getting out played, not being able to adapt and all of that other stuff. It's not even about me losing at all, you won good **** on that. I mean from your point of view maybe you felt that way, but I'm smart enough to know where my faults lie. Any player that's had a serious conversation with me on intricacies of the game knows this.


Just wanted to put it out there, take it as is.

I believe there's useful stuff people can learn playing on their own(no wifi), and Kadaj would agree to that too I bet since he did it a lot in the past.

Still, wifi has helped other greats become great so it's worth playing for any other aspiring players imo.

I haven't beaten anyone currently ranked this season so far.. Only people who have beaten ranked players prior to facing me at best. =(

Lost to V1CE, Waldorf, Sushi, Kadaj (twice) and Esam.

Figured I'd just post all of them, I know some of those wins don't matter, and possibly none of them do.

Yeah I totally agree with that. My main concern is that people won't recognize situations as quickly as they could in order to react to them if they don't play enough. It's basically how M2K taught himself and it'd be super useful for anyone trying to stay ahead on reaction time/stuff in general. Sure you can out-think someone, but if you can't out-think them quickly enough then that can be all it takes to change a stock/game/set.

Also you body us all because you started out here better than us. XD

no idea who I beat and lost to, at lenny's all I remember is that I lost to GQ in losers, and Stingers said he beat me so i think I lost to him in winners.
at all the other tourneys I've only beaten Scotty and Stock, I always end up losing to Alex in llosers semis or losers finals -_-
never palyed vice or arch in tournament before, or Kadaj for that matter. or mekos.
damn guys, why do I never play you in tourney.

Also I vote we update PRs at the end of the month
we have tourneys the 7th, 14th, 21st, and possibly 28th. that's a lot of data we could add in a short time.

I can testify that playing by yourself is somewhat close to worthless in terms of helping you in a tournament setting.

The problem I have at the moment is I can't get used to playing defensively, and if I try to think while playing I get bored because everything's really slow. So, if you can help me get past both of those, I'll help you practice Brawl.
