if you have ever seen a no scope montage you know that you just said something dumb lol..


if you look closly at game winning kill cams of a no scope, you can see the bullet completely miss the guy but still he dies. doing these no scope tricks makes a "ghost bullet" that goes down the center of your cross hairs and the visable bullet doesnt do anything

We've talked about the UMP being overpowered in the past, but I think people skip right on past the Famas sometimes. I use these two guns an equal amount, but honestly, the Famas has ridiculous advantages, and I mean it.

It's virtually always a single burst to kill as long as you aim a little ahead of enemies that are running, regardless of range. If you have SoH pro, it becomes pretty good close range as well. The hip fire is pretty bad, but you can easily just switch to a secondary to take care of that if needed. I use akimbo rafficas as secondaries on my Famas, and it's insanely good. It also has a large clip, making it handy for multiple enemies at medium to long range. Reload time isn't that bad either.

This gun is too good, almost or just as good as the UMP for sure IMO.

It's a close #2 to the UMP for me. Pretty sure Leafy thinks its the best gun in the game. It's pretty much those two in top tier with TAR just below, then I really think there's a bit of a gap above the rest of the weapons or else they just fill a niche (i.e. Barrett or SPAS).

Yeah, I agree. Those two weapons are so dominant in this game. You can switch between one or the other for every single map, or be awesome and just use the UMP no matter what map.

I agree on the FAMAS being ridiculously good. I shot one single 3 bullet burst and I got a triple kill after it turned out that there were 2 guys right behind the guy I was aiming at in a line.

I say the UMP is just as good though.

Just went 86-13 with it on Scrapyard. Ended it with a nuke that I got at the beginning of the game where I went 30-0 with 50 points on the scoreboard.

Use the Striker. Do it.

I sincerely doubt that you got a triple kill with one burst of a FAMAS.

The Striker is an average shotgun. I've said this before, don't use a high score you got in pubs to prove the worth of a gun because all you did was get 7 kills with it, probably 40+ with air support. The players you faced could very well be bad and not know how to deal with a shotgun. That coupled with the fact that in practice, you tear through ammo much like the AA-12, only that kills faster in the range that it covers. If it works for you, that's fine.

In other news, I've been playing Spec Ops a ton lately since I can't get online, and my god are some of the levels hard. I've beaten the game on Veteran fairly easily, but some of these missions are just ridiculous.

So after planting, Aidan and I die and some joker thinks it would be funny if he shot dead bodies and teabagged and defused at the last possible second. He had 30 seconds to defuse, but chose to screw around for some time. I conjured up an incredible idea. I decided that in the last 2 seconds of the defuse, I would leave the game, seeing as how I had host. When the host migrates, the player defusing actually drops the bomb. With I left and with 2 seconds left, the guy didn't have enough time to escape, Aidan got a free kill, everyone laughed, we won the round and went on to 4-1 them, only losing because I had to sit out after rejoining and them being down a player.

It was hilarious and everyone laughed.

Moral of the day: just ****ing defuse it.

It was probably a single with a double followed. Not one burst.

First map pack was bad, second was a lot better.

I've had that exact same thing happen. The hole near B where you should fall through but you don't.
