Technically yes. But you'd have to be ultra precise on your knockback/DI.So in that case, this should be possible for snake when you blow yourself up?
no. Sweetspotting is a term that goes back to the melee days, meaning you recover in such a fashion that you don't break the horizontal plane of the stage level, so you can't get hit by some attack on the stage.Sweetspotting means grabbing the ledge.
Autosweetspoting means you use a recovery move to sweetspot the ledge, allowing you to sweetspot from farther.
Notice that some recovery moves don't have autosweetspot (see DDD's up B), some have a limited autosweetspot (like Wario's up B or Luigi's side B) and some have an instant autosweetspot (Marth's up B or Falcon's side B).

The hell? No, Sharky is right. Autosweetspotting is the fact that characters can sweetspot the ledge at almost any point in their recovery move, thus taking out the entire technical aspect of sweetspotting that was present in Melee and Smash 64.Well I just checked the definition and I stand corrected.
Actually it's the contrary of what I said, sweetspoting being using a recovery move to grab the ledge, and autosweetspoting the fact that in Brawl characters can sweetspot without recovery moves.
If they are transcendent like the examples you listed, they don't out-prioritize other hitboxes, they don't interact at all.Got a quick question, just cuz I was curious... Are both Jigglypuff's downB and Luigi's upB's sweetspot transcendent? Do they 'out-prioritize' other hitboxes like Falco's laser does, and MK's sword as well? Is there any way to find out?
Yeah, that's what I meant. By transcendent and out-prioritizing, I meant that they don't clank or clash with anything. My mistake. If they are transcendent like the examples you listed, they don't out-prioritize other hitboxes, they don't interact at all.
Tekken says hi.well you have to realise that compared to other fighting games smash has a very high concentration of black people. so theres gonna be black people playing every character lol.
falco is the only one that really carries the stereotype. doctor mario in melee too.
