Ok guys so I updated the original post with lots of info about food. I also will be updating the original with info about rides and setups so please post if you need a ride or can offer a ride, will bring a setup (please tell me what of the three games you will be bring and if you will have a tv), and lastly if you need or can offer housing.


Also I added Brawl Crews to the official schedule. Brawl Crews WILL be happening so try to start forming your crews, I'll post the rules later.

Lastly there seemed to be a lot of interest for Brawl crews this time so that was what I decided to add however I promise the next billfest will have melee crews, (I'm talking to you dark hart) so plan accordingly because if its small then it may be the last time. Again the next billfest will have melee crews.


edit: I also added a new in general rule: -All semi-final's and final's matches will be recorded. I don't care if you don't want your matches recorded, it is not up to you to decide (yes pp this applies to me also).

This means that I need more recording setups. I have two and PP has one but we need more than that if possible.

And in answer to your question kackamee; yes I do plan to have livestream set up at this event.

edit: I am enforcing one more (hopefully the last) new policy: Those requiring housing at the venue (OOS not included) are required to help clean up at the end of whichever day/days they are present for.

Well it has to be a per crew price and not a per person since some crews may choose have more people. The limit will likely be between 4-6.

I think that if some crews would like to add more players so that each one gets less lives that is an option that should be open to them but $20 per crew sounds good to me also.

Ok its decided. Crews will be $20 per team. Each team will be made up of 4-6 players and will be given 12 stocks each. Please post your official crews here when you have decided upon them so that I can plan out the brackets for crews and the necessary time needed ahead of the date for the tournament. I also ask that crews be based somewhat off of region. That way they are at least relatively balanced.


Please post your roster in this thread at your earliest convenience.
