also being that the compilation was done two weeks after the games us release and still stands up is something but more rather to get to my actual point of saying i do those same teqniques to g-reg,vist,chinessa,etc. and it works the same because of my setups but you just assume its some gimmick.

How is this thread getting so out of control and that's another thing I don't exactly seeing any "video" evidence that we can get a proper comparison as to who is the best. Everyone saw mew2kings 3 little videos and I have to say it's not that cool or "amazing" however people swear by him. I do not doubt his skill level but my question is this are people making these assessments based on the 3 videos or actual tournament play versus them.

idk omni tore dsf up though in pools and then in three back to back mm's right after.dsf did however beat him in the tourny (critical hit 3)but w/snake not meta at all.
idk i though dsf was mostly particular to snake anyways since thats all he used in singles and teams and is known for his snake.
idk i dont think there will ever be a best but my top three in no order still is:
1.m2k
2.forte
3.omni
i honestly think theres alot more like azen and such but i only wanted to do three just to keep it small and since these are the most currently active meta users.

ive only used mk for 2 months, i still have a lot to learn, but im learning pretty fast

no I disagree, I'm improving really fast, I learn stuff each tourney, there's a lot to experiment with and perfect. Most of it i test at the actual tourneys. Those vids vs azen that are on youtube was the first tourney I used MK in, and the first time i ever played azens lucario in tourney. I've learned a lot since then, mostly pressure game, combos, better ways to do things, etc. It's not really any one thing, I'm just learning from experience.

After watching his vids his obvious what he does. Sorta like what he does with marth in melee(from what ive seen). Limits approaching while penetrating a little. He doesn't play defense and he doesn't play aggressive offense. If you watch him on battle field if he is on a platform he will short hop down air. Why? Wario couldn't do an ariel through his down air and if he tries to then he gets %s for it. He will land away from the shield(most of the time) to avoid shield grabs and tornado when appropriate. Pretty much be "gay", but its smart, works, and wins him money.

No being gay is when you ledge camp after getting a lead. Being smart is outplaying them on the battlefield
I do tons more than anything in my vids, it's just a lot harder to do vs good ppl than it is to do vs most people (and anyone in random friendlies).
Did you know you can triple reverse shuttle loop on battlefield (and smashville when the platforms at the right spot).

I main Diddy :] I'm just picking up metaknight to counter certain characters. I know what you mean vs "good people" It's the same with my Diddy. I didn't mean gay as in like cheap or disrespectfully gay. Don't take it the wrong way.
How do you triple shuttle though?

just be under the stage, and do a reverse shuttle loop at the edge of battlefield. 2 is a joke to do (1 reverse one, then any move you want, which can be another up B if you want, doesn't matter) but 3 you have to be in a more precise spot. It's not that hard, but I don't think other ppl know about it.

I don't think they use these forums much, but I think OmegaKyogre (sp?) and Redhalberd are very good Meta Knights as well. I'm not sure how much tournament experience they have, though. Can anyone shed any light on this?

and I have to say, I am not a very bad player I think I am really good
kay, against my meta he was not so good like ageinast the rob
but first we have to wait, to see a really good mk

lol M2K only nubz dont know how to do that. If you cant Infinite Dimensional Cape your also a nubz and never played melee(what i mean is you could never waveshine or L cancel or anything hard)

OmegaKyogre is good, but I 2 stocked him pretty regularly and he only be me one out of 7 or so matches. I placed second in Brawlcentrals online tournament and 13th at FAST, the 3rd biggest brawl tournament so far (which I might point out was my first REAL tournament).
But Clouderz has a better Metaknight than mine, and I've never been able to beat him, though I've gotten VERY close. He 2 stocks me occasionally when I really mess up. I have issues with MK dittos though. I have trouble beating Defensive metaknights like Toliethomor (though I got EXTREMELY close).
The best Metaknights I've seen would be
M2K > Clouderz > Wonderbread > Toliethumor > Me > GOD though I haven't played many Metaknight players from Smashboards in real tournaments.
