Yeah, Snake's UpTilt. If it doesn't hit them because they shield it, they'll probably get pushed back pretty far making it harder for you to get punished.

@above post: People usually don't use Snake's FTilt to kill. It's a damage racker.

People that think Wario's fsmash has little range are delusional. That thing is massive (it reaches to where his fist is on his ftilt with it's invisible hitbox).

IC's DSmash / I'm pretty sure Bowser's FSmash can. (assuming fully charged.)

Top 4 in that order I think. I'm not 100% on MK dsmash being above SL.

Other contenders?

Wario Waft - Strong and fast. It can kill average weighters at ~60% if you don't let it fully charge. The problem is that it's not too flexible due to recharging and won't always be available.
Luigi fsmash

I think those are the most notable ones. The top 4 are probably concrete in that group.
