Gosh darn them Icys. Still bad for the souls of the world btw. That isn't gonna change. I feel as though Marth might work as a defender of my soul.

It's easy to win when your opponent doesn't get a chance to compete with you.Personally I've had a lotta fun Barge. Probably because I've been winning...........

I wouldn't mind this because I use everyone. Barge, if you don't want to go through all the trouble, do you want to be one of the co-hosts of my Halloween tournament?I had an interesting idea that I was toying around with. You could always hold a tournament in which each participant has to use characters from a certain tier based on the round. For instance, in the preliminaries, everyone must use characters from the low tier, while in the finals, everyone must play a top tier character. Not to say that it's the most original idea in the world, but it could be nice for some variety, you know.
I've considering doing a tournament like this in the past but then I thought I could simply choose Sonic , Jigglypuff, or Shiek and royally screw up 90% of the people who signed up.I just had an even CRAZIER idea!
What if you held a tournament in which, on every round, each participant can only choose their OPPONENT'S character? It would have to be played entirely on neutrals, of course (no contextual counterpicking), but that could be a real interesting way to play.
Like for instance, I'm up against a person that absolutely kills with Snake, but can't play DeDeDe worth a ****. That means I can choose DeDeDe for him and force that person to use him, but it ALSO means that he could expect that and force me to play as Mario.
It was just another odd idea I had, so who knows. It might be somewhat interesting to see a bunch of Falcons and Ganondorfs running around if nothing else.

To make it easier, why not just make it so you have to win a set with your character and your opponent's character. I wouldn't mind adopting this idea into my Halloween tournament to make things easier on everyone. (Because the "nightmares" I have set up are retardedly hard.)It would be hard to contact them quick and easy for each round to tell them what character they would be, probably more along the lines of you have to make them be a character and vise versa just for your matches. o:
Lol, no one would give their opponent snake and mk lolz
@Fm
O: Sure!
Actually, I've thought of that as well. The first match is easy - either PM each other or a third person (for double-blind) with your pick for them.It would be hard to contact them quick and easy for each round to tell them what character they would be
