B.B.O.T 1 (Barges Brawl Online Tournaments)

Introduction:
Hello, I don't know if this will be any success or not, but its worth a try, I've always wanted to host a tournament, never found the time or confidence, but I say, hell, its worth a shot. Anyways, this will be a bi-weekly tournament scene, that is, if its any success. Every 2 weeks Ill have a new theme, with new people, please enter, and have fun! The winner will get to choose next tournaments theme (approved by me first) and bragging rights! I'd give you something IRL if I had anything.
Basic Rules and Set-up:
Double elimination. 3 Stock, no items. Matches will be best 2/3, Finals are best 3/5. Loser picks the next stage. You may only pick one character from the legal list to be used for the entire tournament. You may change it as much as you want until the tournament starts. If you leave the game on purpose without finishing the matches, you are DQ'd, If you don't show up, you're DQ'd. If you somehow can't make it, please post here or send me a PM so I can find someone else. There will be 16-32 people depending on how many people want to do this.
Spamming, Chain Grabs and cheap tricks are allowed, its your duty to get around them.
Please don't complain, or give false information on who won, if I found out you have been lieing it will be an automatic win for your opponent.

*Because it is similar to Melee's FD and BF. Only allowed as an option if the score is even, may be used as a match settling stage. This is to encourage that you all battle on the melee stages.

Brackets
Using a bracket maker, the match-ups will be random, so I wont be biased.
This is how it will work, everyone starts out in the Winners bracket, losers go to the losers bracket, winners advance to the next round. There are now 8 matches in each bracket (winners and losers)
The matches continue until it gets down to the last 2 in the winners, and the last 2 in the losers. The winner from the losers bracket will then face the winner from the winners bracket, and then we'll have our champion! The winner will get to choose the next theme of the tourney, and of course have 100% bragging rights. Please be respectful though.
