I've used Ness since 64. I never knew he existed until I bought a used copy and saw the character and checked him out.

HOLY HELL. What an awesome character. I've logged hours on the character.

1. Magnet is pretty cool visually. It's a shame it's useless outside of projectiles and I was hoping Sakurai would make it useful outside of that. (the tiny wind push is pure trolling.

2. Who doesn't love PKT? Controlling it in all 3 games have been pure fun, and it's awesome to use at a distant (sniping at the foe)

3. My favorite move in smash 64, but I'm annoyed that it's actually been terrible in all 3 smash games. (when I was young ie noob) I thought that the move was broken.

4. Epic move is epic. I spammed it in Melee (and Earthbound when I later got it)
I tried to hype in brawl, but it's unfortunatel bad... (i'm awesome with it I swear)

5. Cool that Ness has 1-2 jab and kick combo.

6. A kickass (no pun intended) judo kick. Fun to use, but it's not that good.

7. Juggling with this move is incredibly fun, but it's pretty unimpressive visually. At least Ness can now RAISE DA ROOF

8. A pretty "weird" attack in my opinion. Awesome in all 3 games, and a decent rapid racker. (I love smashing the A button and seeing Ness kick extremely fast.)

9. Man, I LOVE the yo-yo's. As Samurai Panda would put it, " I love his yo-yo's.
You simply can't hate them. Ness is a pro yo-yo user, notice how he uses the "around the world" with such skill. Downsmash is also pretty awesome too when the opponent is behind you. Yo-yo glitch in melee was a gift from the gods.

10. Bat of justice has been toned down in Brawl. (Waaaaay to slow) but they've been great in 64 and Melee. Melee's Fsmash could apparantly outrange Marth's 0_0

11. Nair... It's just that it was amazing in 64. Double kick of doom is so much better than spinning. Huge disappointment in Melee, but it's great to use in Brawl.

12. FAIR IZ NESS IN BRAWLZ. Seriously this is easily Ness' most versatile move. (spacing, damage racking etc) and it's just to awesome to look it. It was a joke in 64, but thankfully its awesome in both Melee and Brawl.

13. Headbutt of doom. Nuff said. Creeped the hell out of me in 64 though...

14. Dair is another kickass (again no pun) move. I spammed the crap out of it in 64, and the sound effects for Melee were hilarious. It no longer has the sound effect (replaced by a lame "THUD" sound) but it's much better. Possibly the best Dair spike in the game. Yes, better than Wizstomping.

15. Ness grab range pisses the hell out of me. As a psychic, your range should be limitless lol. Melee especially. Ness dash grab in Brawl is AWESOME. The range is amazing, and I think Sakurai recently beat a "My sanctuary" boss because he decided to give Ness SUCH A KICKASS DASH GRAB. I refused to dash grab in Melee, due to its AWFUL range AND it looked extremely lame. I rarely pivot grab, but it's a decent option I guess...

16. Ness throws are amazing. Upthrow was only awesome in Melee in my opinion. Brawl's is silly, (disco dancing FTL!) but in Melee, it looked like you were legitimately ****ed when Ness used it. (To bad it was weeeak) Forward throw is pretty average. I love it's fixed knockback (until a high %) in Brawl though. Ness Backthrow is like... Ness grab history period. Killing with a grab in Melee (and Brawl) is just to awesome.
Downthrow has the epic factor, but it's not THAT useful. Still, burning people on the ground... EPIC.

What got me into Brawl+ was the Brawl+ character boards. A new beginning?!? I liked it.

Ness+ was a given. I DID main the character in vBrawl so maining is + counterpart was a matter of principle.

to answer uffe's question, yes....

All of the german students tried the root beer that we had at this pot-luck thingy, and literally everyone either said "it tastes like medicine" or made a funny face after drinking it.... that may be because they see "beer" and think it tastes like beer (germans are allowed to drink beer at an early age)

I don't think so... either that or my german exchange student lives in an area where you can't buy any... He lives near Dusseldorf though....

He may be.... He also said that since the german exchange student he hosted smoked weed, that more other german exchange students do.... I don't think it's entirely true... at all... specially since my german exchange student said that it was stupid...
