No seriously, I don't understand it. It obviously is an internet wide sensation, but why? Are you 13 year old girls? Is it code for some 4chan-like fetish porn?

Lucario is a pretty awesome character, Smash bros is probably the best fighting game ever. Someone please explain to me how these stupid ponies have a place in this forum? I'm willing to listen to well thought out responses, which I imagine I wont receive.

Some enjoy it because this generation is rebooted by the co-producer of Powerpuff Girls and Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends that it holds more reminiscence to cartoons of that caliber compared to how MLP was showcased before then.

Others, by majority of the fandom, are either milking its popularity with the fandom for memes to exploit everywhere, more or less trolling, or they themselves are sickly obsessive with far beyond my knowledge of being sexually attracted to these fourth generation ponies. Drawing without moarles or some kind of grotesque display to the public.

Lucario is still Lucario, just happens a significant amount of posters here are into the fandom with no blatant correlation between the two. LSGD isn't the only character thread affected ya know.

Prone to edit, not completely sure about my statements, cause I'm pretty sure things are a lot worse than I'm trying to sugar coat it.

Its not trolling dude. The pony community is just very nit.

But uh..thats kinda the problem for everyone else that doesn't know the show. I've watched it, its cute, and pretty damn well written~! I actually watch it any chance I get when its on. but like... I don't want that to be my defining characteristic. My biggest gripe with the pony community is like, its taken a lil to far sometimes, to the point where it makes non-ponies just feel awkward. All in all its just a TV show.

Thank you for the explanation, I was not aware of any of this so your post is informative.

I should be less aggressive with my critique of things I don't know anything about. Still though, the fandom appears to be pretty intense and pervasive. As an outsider who has not watched the show, I can say that in avatars or in casual usage as an emoticon, the ponies are hideous and disturbing and make me feel like I am IN the powerpuff girls which is not something I enjoy.

Still though sorry to fans, I'm done discussing it so we can get back on to Lucario talk.

In other news: I love b-air.

Here's a tip: just ignore them. Or better yet, be subtle if you're going to troll them.

In the end, you're going to have to deal with it and move on.

Edit: Only cause your previous Twilight Sparkle picture was of most approved nature.
