I don't have much experience against them, but I have almost 2 years experience of everyone wanting to play against my Falcon in casuals every time I pick the character. I guess this happens to most Falcon mains cause our character is so amazing.

i mean you just have to make good decisions with falcon and youll do fine
dont just jump in and stuff because hes not that good

you just have to be patient and abuse his speed and stuff

the skill gap between players can be kinda big but they can be close games
