HEY ARIZONA. im visiting from michigan from the 20th - 24th for a college visit. Ive been accepted to Arizona state so i was gonna check it out. anyone go there? And if there were any tourneys going on or smashfests id love to join. pm me with any info.

I smell a tourney today hosted by DK SPEED DK...wow he is so good at brawl how can anyone hope to beat him. oh yea i got side tracked thinking about how pro dk speed is....

For the people goin to el paso

I just got ahlod of rob and we won't be able to take his car due to tire complications. I just called patrick and we might be able to use his but not guaranteed. We need to find a car asap if we can't use patricks.

I'll let you guys know if we can. Right now it's got an electrical problem. Windows won't go down and the AC/Heating is funky. Would be a pretty miserable ride at current. I'm going to get it looked at, so I'll see what I can do.

On a side note. Still no update? lol

Hey Notra thats like right down the street from where i live maybe if i get my house clean by tomorrow or tuesday i can have people over we just had a huge party saturday night and my house got destroyed

...After a while, yes. My friend, Mike lent me his, and he doesn't care wether or not if he gets it back since he doesn't have any Nintendo gaming platform...weird huh? Also, for $10, I can get my hands on another one from a friend of another friend's.

I've gone through a fit of depression over the passed couple months, but now I think I might be ready to enter the ring once again.

Alright man! I look forward to fighting your sonic next tourney (if i have that weekend off lol). Hopefully you've acquired a new mindset, and please, for the love of God, don't switch to MK. That's been a popular trend of late, certain people have dropped their lower tier mains in favor of MK. I mean, I don't really have a huge problem with MK, since more MKs means more chances to learn the matchup better, but i really like variety

No, don't worry about me going MK...I hate MK just because of the fact that he's "top tier". I mean, don't get me wrong, MK's a bad-a**, but seriously though, give him a frickin' break!
Besides, no matter how much I try, I'm still the worst MK that can possibly exist. I'll only play him for "lulz maches" XD

I've been practicing over several weeks now, and yes, sadly only against my CPU's. At least I'm 3 stocking them, even with my Ganon. Speaking of, upon my own suprise, my Ganon training resulted in me having a not-half-bad Snake. Go figure...

Reguardless, Ganon still is my second, Snake may be perhapse my thrid/second choice for second, and Sonic will always remain top dog on my list.

...So, any other tournies/smashfests happening lately? I'd like to start playing with the pros again instead of slaughtering CPUs and scrubs on a daily basis.

The tourny this up-coming Saturday may not do it for me; it's mom's birthday.

But yeah, i wouldn't recommend practicing on CPU's either, but they're decent if you've got nothing else to practice against. I would watch more videos, read guides, participate in discussions, think about the mechanics of Brawl, etc. then go to training mode to try things out. And when you get the chance, play as many people as you can
