Yes but on a janky counterpick stage, even the likes of Lucario might be a better choice against MK than Icys since he's less stage dependant than Icys.

But I was just throwing that out there, I fully expect 9B to stay Icys no matter the counterpick.

9B also used to Main Snake long ago. Lucario honestly isn't to bad against mk and which other "bad" IC mu's are "really" bad for Lucario? I can't imagine ZSS,Peach and TL to be even a disadvantage for him actualy.

Ally is EC Canada. Esam is practically considered EC.

Zero might not make top 12 if he runs into a lot of great non-MK players since he seems to struggle in those matchups moreso.

When has Rain or any other top japanese player ever just...choked? From what I've seen, they play pretty consistently over sets and don't just flop sometimes like Vinnie/Nairo/M2K.

Not saying I expect Rain to win, because I think NA will take it as long as they come out strong and stay strong. However if international players take them by surprise I won't expect a come back.
