use these tips from my programming friend:

-turn OFF your firewall
-use internet explorer 10
-install yahoo toolbar (and optional farmville toolbar)
-install weatherbug toolbar

and the stream works perfectly! congrats

Im currently watching PP/Yay vs Cactuar/Tag which happened about 30 mins ago.

its not a stream but its the next best thing.
