Dragon Fang Shot (level 1 charge) = 1% less damage (6>5)
Dragon Fang Shot (level 2 charge) = 1% less damage (7>6)
Dragon Fang Shot (level 3 charge) = 2% less damage (10>8)
Dragon Fang Shot (max) = 2% less damage (13>11)

This move was difficult to test so I could be wrong on a few of these values

Dragon Fang Shot (the bite portion) is unchanged

I'm getting those + a 7% stage in 1.1.5...
(I don't have access to a 1.1.4 3DS)

Olimar's blue pikmin kill throw got nerfed - can't test for exact percents.

For link I get 14 damage on hit 1, for sweetspot, and 19 damage overall when both hits land. This is in Training Mode however

Edit: I seem to get 19 or 20 damage. So it's not going to do 20 all the time.

Don't have access to my wii u atm only 3ds, have they just not released it for 3ds yet? Cuz I don't have any update notifications for smash3ds at all

i have yet to turn on my wii-u. I pulled the power cord and internet cable. Is there any way to still see my replays from 1.1.4 before updating while offline?

as long as you launch the game before it updates, you can still view your 1.1.4 replays. You can't upload them to youtube though.

I'll need someone to double-check for me, but from my testing Ganondorf's jab now hits on frame 7 instead of 8.

Animation length is now 28 frames, down from 34.

Falco's Down Smash does 15% uncharged throughout the entire move. Can't seem to get that 12% hit.

I haven't launched the game yet and obv the update is out, hope is lost?
I was able to launch my own game before the update was applied and my Wii U is connected to WiFi. If you don't have a wireless internet connection set up then you should be fine. Either way, don't plug your internet cord back in until you try starting up the game.

I was testing vs. Ike's jab2 and they seemed identical. Not the most technical response, though.

If anyone is curious about Sheik's Needle Storm, I'm not getting any changes to the animation length.

Full charge is 53 total frames and partial charge is 46 total frames, like usual.

This is only going down to Reflet, when we have confirmed changes after Reflet. Do you have a full list?

I can also confirm character specific parameter changes for all those characters, as well as changes to character attributes like weight and such

Nice find. Have you been able to get the sour hit, or is that completely gone?
I'm...actually not sure. It think it might have been buffed, since after doing 10 I've been getting anywhere from 154-156%.
EDIT: 153-156 now. I'd just wait for the data miners for this one, I'm getting really annoyed at it.
It does 15.X% regardless.

To read it's the character name, then a hash of the name and possibly the name of the move, if my program detected it.
Then the new and old code for that move.

This is how I see it...
  • Forward Smash (final hit) KBG 119 > 115
  • Down Smash (final hit) KBG 96 > 94
  • Up air damage 13% > 12% (clean) 9.5% > 8.5% (late)
  • Limit Cross Slash KGB 155 > 153
  • An aerial Finishing Touch added that has 359 KBG rather than 417 (???)
