In a Box camping your ledge.
dont take Wi-Fi seriously, especially with your Ike
its not as easy to gimp/edge hog online which is good for Ike
its harder to perfectly time things, such as spot dodges and shields or grabs and whatnot, this is very good for Ike

play Wi-Fi but understand you need to play a bit different offline, get experience offline and be ready for it
I try not to, but because I'm on it far more than I am offline I tend to take it really seriously. <.< It's gotten to the point where I feel as if offline feels like online when I play CPUs or V3GA. Yea...I'm that slow on brawl. I'll try and get more offline experience and stuff though. ;x I want a fast Ike.

auro i better see you at the next tourney.
lol we should all gang up on mo and ummmmm do something.
hahahhahahaha idk im not good at coming up with ****.
lol I will certainly try and make it to Alabama Is Ok At Smash, and the next Gamebox. xD But we can only mess mo up mentally. I'm going to need to make sure he gets his physical beating sometime later, for now, because thats the only offline competition I have xD lol.

diddy is easy.

throw banana
grab or cartwheel.
repeat

Maybe the ******* you fight let you do this but in srs land you can't do that. Diddy's bananas is about spacing to me. That's why I'm basically a snake counter. I use the bananas to force them off the edge and then snake can't do anything, but when playing other people I ofetn get bored of bananas at some point and then decide to go charge in and fight them hand to hand for a bit then go back to bananas once I see that fails.

So therefore this means, if you suck, I can play you bananaless until the last stock where I want the win.

throw in a dsmash or fsmash when they are high damage
That's 98% of all I perceive Diddy to be, if you add in some tilt and tripping shenanigans.

That's why I find it to be so utterly boring; both to use and (ESPECIALLY) to play against.

a good diddy ***** snake in general. because he can be juggled/spiked/comboed pretty much easier than any other character

but diddy's whole game is

throw a banana
grab or cartwheel.

that's his approach. that's the only way you can beat (good) ppl with diddy is if you

throw a banana
grab or cartwheel

ninjalink who they say is the best diddy does that, that's how you play diddy. it works but its simple

diddy's moveset is solid with out bananas, and he's probably still mid tier without bananas. but with bananas he's probably top five int he game

i was just responding to someone saying that diddy is complicated which is the opposite of the truth

i mean you can do some tricky stuff, and diddy is so fast and one of the only characters that you can fluidly move around the stage with, so he's hard for the opponent to keep up with, but in terms of playing him, you can beat 80% of ppl with your eyes closed

Welcome to the game you are playing.
Actually since I've gotten to DC I haven't played any Brawl. I have played some Melee with my little brother though :D He's 12 but he's pretty good (though we're both extremely rusty so that's a little frustrating)

Melee's only fun when you've been playing it for a while :\

Crysis was good though :D I played through that recently.

also lolimar FTW

yeah melee totally has no infinites or shine spikes at 20% :-D
The difference is I don't talk about the lame chaingrabs in Melee. If you don't like something, either stop playing, get over it, or learn to get past it. :)

Yes, Melee takes a while for the "fun" to happen I guess. Though, I had fun when I completely sucked and still tried to play against people. Those were the days.

I played almost every AC game up to Nexus. Tank Tread AC's are broken in every iteration but I hear they fixed that in 4.

**** I'm so pumped for the 28th. I'm actually doing shine techs with falco now. I'm still trying to learn double shine though. I see dashizwiz do that like it's nothing.

I played the first 3 or so on the PS2, wait I think I played Silent Line, thats 4 total I believe. Man I love beating those games, I make completely different ACs each time.
I'm personally a fan of the quadrapeds.
