Don't john about the character. If you think Sonic is what's holding you back then switch chars. But I don't think that's it. Your pool sucked and that's sad, but that was a freaking insane tourney, it's not like those were scrub pools, especially 2nd round. Find out why you lost your matches tho.

If MK's spamming Dsmash then you should be noticing that right off the bat and adjusting to it.

It was Havok that X fought. It was really ghey with all the nado's but that's how you have to play the game.

Im not using anyone else other than Sonic. It doesnt make any sense that someone else can use only Sonic and get top placings. I took a vow and i dont plan to break it ever. Im just stupid when it comes to this character. <_<

I wanna see X beat the top EC players. I already know X is beast, i just want to see him beat the top players that us EC sonic's falter against.

Best Sonic is like being the smartest ******. But really, i dont know who's the best. Espy maybe? But eh, we have alot to learn, and im gonna get more active. More smashfests and tourneys.

Yeah, I'm jealous of his repertoire. It dwarfs mine. I mean, I've only gone toe to toe with Dojo, Razer, Royr, Fliphop, Trela, DMG, Hylian, Santi, PhantomX, Sethlon, UTD Zac, as well as out of state players such as Vex, Mike Haze...

My point being that any Sonic worth their weight is going to have a long list of great players they've done well against. Being "jealous" of another high leveled Sonic's check list wouldn't make much sense to me if I've done just as well against players on the same level.

Now, if he came down here and defeated someone who I fail to consistently beat (Gnes, for example), then maybe what you said could hold some water to it. lol.

I still love how well Speed did against Atomsk/Chu in the EC, for example.

Oh, and if X does MM PX, Phantom's going to ****.him.up. If Phantom can beat me and Malcolm, what chance does X have?
I'd also love to see Hylian play against him. Or K Prime for that matter.

Mostly this. EC > WC. The bolded part as well, but also including Texas players, considering that's mostly who I play against. There's no doubt that X is something else, but we've just seen him mess around with WC. I just want to see him play in a stronger region.

That, and would somebody just record his god**** matches already? Does NO ONE in the West Coast own a camera, or is the hype just blown out of proportion?

Maaan Pound was legit. Kai is not a bad guy. Won a Team Money match with him. was fun. I didnt join the tourney but i was there for all the Sonics pool matches. Its hard out here loll. Wes and Speed both made it to second round pools. Wes was one set away from getting out. And Speed got like. The worst pool possible for a Sonic. Then he went EmoMaster5 when he could have atleast beat Junebug and made it into brackets. *******.

I had my ups and downs though. Went 1-2 with Lee Martin. Almost beat his Lucario. Soo close. He switched to meta and my Sonic beat it. Then i went Falco vs Meta and lost . He said I wuz better than espy lululululuzzzz. But that means nothing. I played some Marth who always plays Espy and lost. I dont know his name but he was amazing at edge guarding me. I played Will's DK in a set after Speed and Won. He's extremely good though. I'd like to play him again sometime though. He was smart as hell. Played a puerto rican Kirby named Kwek. Very smart very aggressive which caused his down fall in pools sadly. And to end the night horribly i played a Metaknight in a MM. He was familiar with the B button. Wasnt fun. I was trying so much stuff to get around. Then he started baiting with the **** when i went to punish and got Dsmashed. I was tempted to go Falco but i didnt since i would never learn if i did.

But yeeeaaa Pound 4 was funnn. Malcolm = Best Wario. X = Best Sonic from what I heard. And espy. Apparently Dekar beat you without Naners. But X waxed his asssss. X too goooodz luluzluzl I said its hard out here for a Sawnik

P.S. I wish you fggts would stop complaining about how "People dont know the match up so he won" because obviously thats not the case. Havok knew what to do vs Speed. Dekar was pretty good aswell. And the game has been out for how long? That is no excuse. And he ****ing travels aswell. If people arent learning the match up by now its their own fault.

Funny, considering the last time Lee ever played me in a 1 vs. 1 game was a friendly back in January of 2009.

But that means nothing. I played some Marth who always plays Espy and lost. I dont know his name but he was amazing at edge guarding me.

The only Texas players I play very frequently that uses Marth is Dphat and Nike20. Nike20 went to Pound 4, and was the only Texas player to go.

Nike's pretty good, but he still needs some work. Good to see that he's using that Sonic knowledge.

I've never played Dekar in tournament. In the friendlies we played sometime last year, we went even. Besides, we were both sandbagging the piss out of each other. There was always a naner on the field, so I don't know where his mind was when he said that.

He also noted that I was the better Sonic between me and X during those friendlies, granted that when we played it was sometime last year. Things change, so I'm honestly not surprised.

I acknowledge that X is a **** good Sonic. He's beating people, and whatever he does obviously works, so he's doing things properly. I've said this at least four times so far since he started stepping it up.

I would just rather see him play people I can recognize through my own recent experiences. I haven't played Haze, Dekar, or any OoSers for a long period of time (so I can't really consider their opinions, since the time gap between me and X playing them makes their views, for the most part, invalid), and most of Texas has been pretty idle in terms of traveling outside of our state recently (so none of them have personally experienced his Sonic). Or better yet, get some **** matches online. If he's getting so much recognition and hype, you'd think someone would be getting his matches up on Youtube by now.

Just makes me curious, is all.

No. I wouldn't intentionally bash on another player just for the sake of doing that. He deserves the wins he gets, just as anyone does. There's nothing else to it.

At first, I was just curious, considering X only did well in Utah before, and no one really knows much about Utah since they always keep to themselves.

I figured he must be worth his weight if he's doing well in the WC starting several months ago.

As for the funny side to this, we finally got a Sonic on every corner of North America.

West has X
South has Espy
East has Shugo/Wes/Speed/Shado/KID (pick your poison)
North has Kuraudo (?)

Anyways hes a great Sonic, his ability to read people and react with deadly punishments are almost unbelieveable.

He got 4th out of 109 (dont quote me on that, either 109 or 107) at WGF.

Oh, and I'm not going to bother doing a report about the Sunday before this last one. I got no sleep the night before, I was exhausted/tired, I still lost to Jew almost the same way, but I did better when I was at a serious handicap. Maybe if I get sufficient rest next time I'll beat his ***, because he's been pissing me off as of late. If I didn't bother to play a character with a handicap, I could show everybody I am definitely the better player than him no problem, but it's much more satisfying to win with a handicap that isn't being sleep deprived.

Oh, and that's considering we go even when he uses G&W already says something.
