Looks to me that Norfair, Japes, Luigi's Mansion, Distant Planet are all definitely banned...

Pictochat is probably banned
Cruise is probably CP
Lylat is probably CP.

I'm fine with most of this, but I still think Lylat Cruise should be a neutral. I've yet to see the tilting really **** anyone over after the first week of play. It's kinda annoying, but the stage is still neutral enough. Ban pictochat because it really is too random. Rainbow Cruise should remain as a counterpick. Luigi's Mansion should be a counterpick. You can break the walls with a few aerials or whatever if you really want to. Ban everything else...
